[Resolved] Airtel — delay in activation of SIM card
I purchased a duplicate SIM card from ARC Ghatkopar on 6 December 2007 on losing earlier one. I was promised to get it activated within 3 hours and now after making lot of false promises, it is told that due to "technical problem" it will be activated on 17 December 2007! The staffers blatantly lie and they do not know correct information or they do not wan't to tell to customers. The approach towards customers is very casual. Such companies need to be taught lessons thro' Customers Forum and be made to pay damages to customers.
