[Resolved]  Airtel — to stop logo pack

I hae been recieving a message for the renewal of monthly logo pack service from airtel and also 10 rs. are deducted. kindly stop the service

My Name is Nitin Singhal and My no is [protected]. I got a message from 'AT-AIRINF' that Thanks for using SUBLOGO subsription service from airtel. you have been charged Rs. 10. I never take this service and i have log a compaint in airtel customer care but they don't give me any feasible reason why it is activated and said that it is activated through internet. this means any time any service can be activated without our knowledge and we want to pay for this which will be not reverted as well. I am really unhappy with this kind of service. as well as when i have send a request to stop it a service renewal message also come and airtel shows no service active right now. i am totally confused what is right or wrong with the no.

I got the message just now "SUBLOGO service has been renewed on airtel mobile at Rs. 10.0 for 15 days." From AD-AIRSEP.
My number is [protected]. Please give back my balance because I never subscribed for this service and do not subscribe any services to this number ever.

My mobile No. is [protected], An amount of Rs 65.00 has been deducted(21/10/2014, Tuesday, 8:11 Pm) by AT AIRINF, by merely removing an advertisement from the Google search home screen, Suddenly a message was pop up and showed you have activated Model video club service, so an amount 65.00 has been deducted (The total prepaid amount that I was).
What is this...?????? is cheating to customer...you at least get it confirmed from the customer for any service or account deduction.
Why no confirmation even sent to me, that I could stop any service before starting .
This is a cheating to customer...

my mobile no. is [protected]. an amount of Rs.10 is always deducted after every recharge claiming renewal of your so called unecessarry sublogo service. please keep your services with you as everyone is fed up with them.
My mobile no is [protected] and i have received the same messahe of SUBLOGO service at Rs10 for15 days. Kindly return my balance as soon as possible.
