[Resolved]  Airtel — gprs problem

i have taken a new sim card on 5/01/08 and i have made an activation for gprs for one month trans id[protected] but ihave not yet got the activation yet the customer care is also not responding properly if i ask them they r saying like u have activated one day gprs hence the one month will be deactivated please do something needful to me my email id is [protected]

I was using airtel mobile in my village of North-east Bihar. My District is Araria. There tower was working at the location of Nijam Chowk. But Network is totally not working since 2 Months. So I want to know that it will work for that area or not. If yes then how many days it will take time? Thanks.

gprs mobile office disconnected after 4 minutes.customer care is not taking any action not going to correct the problem, those disconnected the 121 help line no. on my no.([protected]) plese give response.
i have nokia 5800 i cant able to activate my gprs on this cell im using airtel card im from Chennai and from past 2 months i cant able to activate gprs i have given serval complain to airtel company they said it will resolve but still it is same and the method of activating of gprs in airtel is write gprs and send to 56789 and when i have send dat i goet response dat it is invalid voucher. and im very regular in the changing of mobile phone i never had this type of problem this first time im facing this problem and when i send gprs to 56789 it is toll free number but for my each sms it has been cost 3 rs and dat also no refund from the company. so now plz help me to to clear this problem plz

i have activate the gprs plans according to their services but when i have trying to
connect gprs network then it is not connected.It says packet data connection not available.
by this always my money get lost without please help me to solve this problem.........
