[Resolved]  Airtel — DTH+airtel Call center+engineers problematic

I had purchased Airtel DTH way back in july 2009, the first month all the channels were working properly now for the past 3 months lots of channels are not appearing at all or have lots of distortion . i called up several times on airtel dTH CALL CENTER AND i was lucky once in 15 tries to get thru the call ...(airtel call center problem) and conveyed my complaint to the engineer the engineer just told me that satellelite has come near /close to the sun so it is a natural problem it will be rectified automatically after 12th of october ...but to no avail.............then i called up again to call center but most of the time if you select technical complaint option ........then ring goes then after some time it either hungs up or the IVR respond to call back later as the executives are busy...........
but then i selected IVT Option recharge option to talk to executive so i got thru and conveyed my complaint so i got the complaint number 1225927 but they closed the case in two days without resolving it at all.....engineers problem

now whom should i talk to as I have been using TATASKY at my native place and i am very happy about it now it is just the last try if someone from airtel can resolve my issue it will be great...otherwise who cares neither airtel nor mine I will switch to other DTH providers.....

hi,

please let others aware of it and if possible post it in Facebook or other social media sites..that way you can help others from using this crap ...

i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.


in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.
