Now even gone to the extent of sending one innocent person to jail. It is better people terminate airtel accounts!! I had suffered a lot because I fell into their trap and took an airtel phone once!! Aur har time yahi reply ataa hai we resolve ur query within/next 24hrs . lekin abhi tak mere 5 din ho kar gaye . Na koi service centre ka call attend karta hai na koi final repl . Aur na hi kabhi gprs deactivation ka confirmation sms aata hai. Last 2 yrs i don't get any refund after deactvating gprs's wrong deduction becuse i always use gprs from last 2 yrs . this is benefit & satisfication . So always .........
