I am not sure, who is reading this, but this is one of the silly or rather poor experience I came across while using AIRTEL. I got an SMS with full talk time on 500 rs recharge. I did recharge myself on line and it did not give me full money (as expected). I got balance of 453/- something. Now I called upon one of your customer care (121 - aap ki kahi bhi kabhi bhi kam nahin karne vali service),after 1 hour of attempt, when I got hold of Reshma, she told me, its not for on line recharge, I said, the SMS did not say either its not for on line or off line, she says, normal customers do not know about on line / PC recharge so we cant help. Now, I don't care about my 50 bucks, as you guys can add a couple of figures in Ur foolish balance sheet, but this is not proper answer. At least you guys either should send in TEXT that "not for on line" OR something, "we may fool you if did on line" OR you guys should credit me my 50 bucks back. I am leaving it up to you smarties!
