[Resolved] Airtel — Picture Quality | |
I was having cable connection at my home for 10 years and the tata sky at my office .I plan to buy DTH for my home also .From the day first it was my worst experince. On first day when it was installed the boy told me that our server was down it will start after some time. We were not given chance to check it. When it started what i see the picture was blur there was shadow on the peoples and we cant see the normal picture.The peoples in the program look like games elements. I call your call centre many times and register the complain with your dehradun office several times.After calling for so many times they send two persons they were in very much hurry and i think they know nothing about the troubleshooting.Why you people are appointing JHOLA CHAP peoples in ur company.Till now our problem is not solved You people are giving so much advertisement for your product but what is the use.I will not suggest anybody to buy This AIRTEL DTH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO FOR AIRTEL DTH. My intention here to right this is no one should not face such problems like this in future. Today i got Airtel DTH installed. The person who came told us that he has set every thing and we will start getting the stream after 2 hours. It needed 4 calls for the activation to take place. The picture quality is very poor. I did try changing the picture settings in the tv - did not help. I am really upset about the quality. Can i return the whole thing back and get a refund.
