my call divert is not working to any number but when i am diverting to airtel number it is diverting please provide to any other number to diver my number

I bought airtel sim just one day before, when I'm calling any one screen show a message There are call diverts, I tried to deactivate with ## 21# but no result come. My phone is Samsung SGH J600.
Please help to get rid off.
