Airtel — wrong the balance information

I am purchased one prepaid easy life time sim in[protected]. I am paid every month Rs. 99. after the 12 instalment I check the balance display is your grace period is[protected]. But I purchased sim is lifetime.

So please check and correction the[protected] to change the lifetime

Hello,

Am Yeshwanth staying in Tumkur and using Airtel Connection ([protected]) from more than 1yr. On monday (17th May 2010) i have recharged for Rs.98 to use GPRS for free. I didnt knew anything about MOBILE OFFICE and in the messages which i got from Airtel also there was no instruction on the same. After using for 2 days Rs.194 has been deducted from my account. When i called your customer care noone is responding for my call properly. I used GPRS through Airtel Live without proper information.

1. Rizwan (Floor Supervisor)
2. Bhuvaneshwari (Floor Supervisor)
3. Shwetha- Executive
4. Bharath (I think Manager)- Rude Response.

I request to the concerned person to please revert amount back on priority.
