[Resolved]  Airtel — Unsubscribe form "Airtel Picture Post (Bolly,etc)"

Few weeks ago i received a message from airtel which reads "your subscription for filmybuzz has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10" and Rs. 10 was deducted from my account. But i haven't subscribed this servive ( Received 6 or 7 such messages).

After this i was constantly receiving messages (3 or 4 messages per day )from 555630 which reads "filmybuzz:............ ... Post link: http://m.mobshare.in/r/..."

Also, whenever i recharge my account, after few hours my account balance shows Rs 0.0 ( I had lost at least Rs 100 due to this)

I also send STOP to 121
But i got a reply "There are no services active on your mobile." ???

Today i contacted the customer care at 121 and he promised that he would stop the service

but it had activated another service which again caused me to loose my money. This service was "Airtel Picture Post Bolly"

Then i tried calling *121*5# , it shows me that there are two vas services activated in my mobile . Then i selected one of the service and reply with 1 to syop the service. It says thanks for using the STOP service.

Then i got a message from 1210 which reads "Your request corresponding to Airtel Picture Post BOLLY could not be processed. please try after some time."
I tried this over a dozen of times but i got the same results

Due to all these, i started loosing trust in you. I mean , how can you automatically start a service to a customer without his permission and charge him for things which he never does.

I politely request you to please stop these services as i haven't subscribed to them do not want them. My number is [protected]

I too received such messages from Airtel. Why is this so? By this they are making people hate Airtel.

I took agree with Ajay. Even I am having the same issue. I stopped the service initially and again new service started where I have not requested for.

Please unsubscribe the services that are active on my mobile - [protected]

please unsubscribe the Bolly subscription service from airtel of my colleague bearing prepaid mobile No. [protected].PLEASE take this matter as serious otherwise I would definitely complain the matter to the Consumer Forum.
i am having same problem with filmybuzz service.i also send "STOP" to 121 but it said "there is no services active in your your mobile ".please deactivate this service . my moble no is [protected].

AirTel के प्रबंधाकोसें मेरी गुजारीश है के अपने उपभोक्ताओंके COMPLAINTS को नजरअंदाज न करे एवं इन UNWANTED SMS भेजाके अपनीही कंपनीक नाम खराब न करे. नाही तो आपके ग्राहकोके पास दुसरा Service Provider चुनानेके शिवाय अन्य विपल्क नही रहेगा l
I agree with all of the above and request you to please stop all services. I am daily receiveing sms from 54321 that you have been renewed for Bolly subscription servicee from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. Join GamesClub etc please stop all these services...I am using airtel since last 10 years.

really depressed with automatic subscription from airtel about some bolly subcription, which i never did. And they are charging 3 /- every day for a stupid msg i never need. This is really a very bad way of making money. Airtel, , can u read it ?? Is this the way your marketing team sit and plan to expand business across india !! Very bad... i am a long time customer for airtel... you guys spoiling your brand name...because i had a belief and trust on Airtel, that our indian telecom company standing in IT market with pride with best services...dont let it go Blur...do something about it :(

at one time i took airtel and i was happy about it but now i am not happy but sad with the kind of services they are giving now i being haaraased so much that i want to change my service provider the problem is that with the same old aitel life tools service it has been from last year that after every 10 days my money is being deducted and i have saved all the refernce no from last year till today .. they always promised that ur money will be credited in anthor 4 hrs but all in vain uuu have to register between 24 hrs they have their own guidelines but the result is zero i had a word with ur senior team leader snjeev but alll in vain he said now uuu will not be charged for the services. i hv sent stop on 121 100 times but it always says that their are no services on ur nooo . pls help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee otherwise i hv no option but to change the no. my cell no is [protected]

I never subscribed amarbangla(http//:m.mobshare.in) but seen I have been charged rs. 3/-every day. I can't accept such type of odersity from AIRTEL service. Please stop the same immediately

i also have the same complaint...please stop this service to my number - [protected]...its really bad airtel...this will make the customers to migrate to another service providers...
