I wrote to the Airtel services hub to help me start internet connection for my mobile phone.So far, even after several reminders, I've not received any satisfactory reply from them.Will you kindly help me to ferret out the information i wanted from the Airtel Service center? sir airtel provided lots of services to activate such as larger thn life service as free trials but after free triali any one wana unsuscribe that one they r unable to provide information regardin its deactivation

Dear Airtel Service,
1). My mobile No.[protected] from MUMBAI Location.
2). I have been using the same number since 3 years.(more than 2years as post paid connection and
later it converted to Prepaid)
3). My main complaint No1 ..is about AIRTEL LIVE SERVICES...that's my number has some
how...subscribed for Airtel Comics portal (I didn't activated myself).So my account balance has been
deducting Rs.10/week.This has been happening since more than two months. PLEASE STOP IT
4). The complaint No2 is ...The Jokes subscription, this service also..deducting my account balance in
their own passion every time balance is deducting Rs.3/ regardless of the time slot. ( even this one
also ..I didn't activated myself).PLEASE STOP IT
5). The complaint No3 is .Customer Care Service 121 and [protected] is worst in MUMBAI.There are so
many service option are missing to un-subscribe the services.like comics(there are some help line
from the people but those are not working such as sms PLIVE 222 ..The system report NO KEY
WORD FOUND).So only subscription facility is not enough It must be have un-subscription facility
also.Please find out those services and provide the help in public portals.
6).The complaint No4 is...[protected] Customer Care Number. I called this many times.Some one
Lifting the phone...but, at the movement I'm explaining the issues..breaking down the call(Don't say it's
may network issue). Please find that guy who lifted and take the appropriate action, other wise it will
resolve in Consumer Court(simply honestly).
Date I called to [protected] from [protected] is On 06/11/09 and time recorded in mobile 09:36 AM.
7). The complaint No5 is...AIRTEL LIVE SERVICE 543212 ..is that I called to this service to de-activate
the AIRTEL LIVE...I tried out around 6 minutes and few seconds(any way..It's not worked out).but I
have charger Rs. 42. for that call(the Service is in India or else where?).Please,revert that transaction
if it's possible.My question is that.aren't the ways the Airtel is earning ? .(It's nobody think
so...because Airtel is such a big network in the country.So.. be behave like it's personality)
8). The complaint No6 is......Airtel web site for paying bills and so on so...online services.Its worst..worst
Performance, the accessing speed is very very very low.

I AM REQUESTING YOU THAT..PLEASE STOP MY LIVE SERVICES..COMICS PORTAL(even
my mobile cannot support gprs and I don't interest at all)

i had applied for broadband connection of airtel for panchkarma hospital, prashant vihar, mcd and given a cheque of Rs. 750/- in 18/9/2009 vide R.No. 812317 to Mr. Rahul at the concent of Miss.Riya Mobile No. [protected] but till date, the connection is not activated and the cheque of Rs. 750/- is debited from my from saving account. And in further conversation within seven days. But till date noboy pick my phone and the amount is not credited in my account. This amount debited from my personal account. And MCD is refuse me to pay the amt. as the connection is not installed. I have to answer to my seniors regarding this. Please take the further approriable action.

I am Naman Pathak a customer of Airtel. I recharged with 58rs. SMS pack on 16th April 2011. On 19th April evening Suddenly my SMS pack was canceled by Airtel automatically and my SMS charges were cut from my Main Balance. I called in Customer Care 198. They gave no solution for that. And Moreover they changed my Customer care mode to SMS mode from Voice Mode. So from then I can't call in Customer Care too. I went to nearest Airtel Office. They also denied me to help about this. I want to turn on my Customer care service in Voice mode. Why Airtel is doing this ? Is it for to Cheat the customers ? And please change your system that switches Customer to SMS mode from Voice mode automatically.
I want to Turn on my customer Care service urgently.

this is regarding the very same matter which has been said to be solved by airtel. money 0.30p is still being randomly cut from my account anytime everyday!!.. this is turning out to be very disturbing, even 121 says that there is no service active then why is money being cut !!
this is the second time i am complaining on the same and hope that the concerned do the needful ..

Airtel is a third class service provider in terms of customer services and customer help. It deducts money from customer's a/c without any fault of the customer and never returns back. I am using the handset which is not compatible for mobile tv service and they deduct money from my account without any reason and not returning back.
This is the depth of their ridiculous and third class service. Mauka mile to inki maa bahan ek kar do sale madarchods....................................
