Airtel — Wrong Bill generated and no reply from company | |
Hi While taking Airtel connection the representative commited to provide first 2 months rentel free and 200 local minutes free for all the months. Inspite of that I got the bill for which I logged the complaint (2 times) with Airtel and the same was closed without any intimation. One thing observed that presales representative (for most of the products) committed a lot of things but once company got the cusomer they donot take care of the customer problems which customer is facing because of companies issue (which they should) At end sorry to say that customer care in our country is worst Was this information helpful? | |

They are calling me daily for settlement of bill even i have told i will be paying the bills if they are sending all my bills but they are not ready to send all bills, instead they are simply calling again and again for payment.
They are calling my friends especially girls with fake identity like bajaj insurance and asking them to come so and so place for recieving my courier which is totally misguiding the girls and trying to trap them which is a criminal offence.
With all these things i am losing peace of micd and not able to concentrate on my work.
Airtel legal team itself have confessed sometimes system will generate wrong bills and activate services automatically and they are ready to give waveoff for that amount. But i think this is completely cheating the customers which is happening big time.
So request to take strict action and close such kind of things happening.
