Sim. No.[protected] Mobile No. [protected] (Prepaid for 1 year Nov. 07 to Nov. 08) Paid Rs. 500/- Worked for 2 months, became inactive after that. ID proof Submitted twice. I have Airtel Connection No. [protected]. Its validity expired on[protected]. Through sufficient money is available in my credit, I was asked to recharge it by that date. )n[protected] I tried to recharge it through recharge coupens but it failed and in the process one coupen costing Rs. 125/- became invalit. I tried to get it recharged on[protected] through easy recharge which also failed. I had activated the line for automatic recharging. This also did not work. I went to Airtel service centre and of no help. From there I talked to your Customer Care centre. I was promised that he would get bach to me within 4 Hrs but with no response. A message is received that for automatic rechargeing I should dial*144*030#. This also did not work. My moble is disconnected since mid night of 30th. What should I should do?

I had your airtel prepaid connection. I had lost my that airtel prepaid connection.Basically iam from kurukshetra(haryana). I have my FIR copy . i want to close it my connection.but they are not closing..tell me why... they saying go to ambala.afterthat they'll stop .iam student my xams goin on.i have no time right now so plz help me .i'll wait ur reply my contact no.
