[Resolved]  Airtel — regading care of airtel persons as claimed

I am using the airtel mobile for the past around 5 years, but from the last four months i am not receiving my bill. i requested the airtel mohali executives for the same. but all in vein...
till now i received around 32 calls from the airtel executives i requested all of them about my not receiving the bills all of them promised me to send the bill within two days... having the same wording your request is forwarded... nothing happened till now as long as receving of bill is concerned. Instead of considering it as their fault they disconnected my mobile no. [protected] first from feb[protected] t[protected], then automatically started the mobile... again no response as long as bill is concerned. again they disconnected my mobile 10 days ago...
My question is on their slogan " we care for our coustomers"
this is how peopple at mohali care for persons having mobile connection for the past 5 years.

I have given a request for cancellation of my telephone No 4016270 against my Id 128466 from past one month and continualy chasing the request almost everyday but till date no action has been taken yet. I have taken a new connection having telephone No 4030204 on the ground that the old connection will be cancelled as the old connection line has been changed to new one the old connection is not in use hence the bill generated in the old no will not be paid.

Kindly note the change of address n send all future bills and correspondence to the above address mentioned. Also we need to change the username as Ashlyn Chemunnoor Instruments Pvt Ltd, as Mr. Raju Joseph who was our branch manager is no more.
i have a internet plan of Rs 699. we have asked to replace it one with Rs 499. its been days no action is been carried out. our billing is still on that plan .
plz take action towards it and make sure it is soon as possible.

As the tariff reduction announced by Airtel Management, this should be uniformly applied to all customers irrespective of plan they use.

It should not be if the customer approaches and opts for change of plan. Cost effective plan equivent to the present plan which ever is beneficial to customer should roll over automatically with SMS or e - mail message.

My Wi-fi broadband modem has been out of work since last 25 days and my connection is still out of work and my bill is running day by day.

I have one landline No.[protected] because due to no use for dsl i have been gone to disconnecting my broadband connection of 549 unlimited plan.Actually i went your office of AKS TELEVENTURE opp. yaamaha showroom Near Ranitaal crossing but some officer converts my plan to 180 flexi clasic pkg. I have the receipt of disconnection of my previos plan. On 24 i have given the application of disconnecting my connection by giving all my privious due which is not more than 600/- per months after clearing all the dues they convert my plan but not disconnect it after a month i have received a huge bill of 4000/- which is above my imagination of giving it . After migration of my plan they does not sent any any executive for disclosing the condition of plan . The plan is continue, without knowing any knowledge of it.After knowing abut the plan, then i went to the same office again & gave the another migration plan which has been migrated to 499 plan unlimited on 15 september 2009 at collection executive DILIP but migration not logged because of carelessness of your officer after a month later i have got a next bill which also a very high amount far away of my income. Now I AM not ready to pay that high amount of bill which is the result of carelessness of your officer DILIP . I have all proof about it . Ihave receiving also of disconnecting & migration receipt . I want adjustments as soon as possible otherwise i am going to Telcom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) I am your very old customer and paiying all the bills of my other four connection . Please redeemed it as soon as possible .
