[Resolved]  Airtel — friends plan not activated

I purchased a sim having Airtel Friends plan, in Pune.
As there is an option of selection of minimum 3 numbers in same scheme to reduce internal call rates.
Custommer care of Airtel is saying i can avail this scheme even after i make a topup of 90 rs to reduce std rates.These two schemes have nothing to do with each other.
And after i say that still my group is not able to be created, then they say that may be due to that 90 rs topup.
I just want to say that this company is not providing me the right information through custommercare.
this is wrong from their side.everytime they just say anything. They dont have any sense of responsibility to solve the problems.

there is always problem of network ... calldrop is the most common problem. because o this i have to face a problem. i cannot make an urgent call... i m a residence of kothrud area and due to rainy season tnetwork problem is there...
so plz look after this matter

I have airtel group sim and my airtel group was activated.meanwhile one of the member of the group left the group.then we tried to retrive the password of the group so that the member can rejoin it.also we had break the group and try to reform it again but its not worked for us. the *110# service is not responding from long duration i.e. from couple of weeks and the customer support executives also not giving satisfactory answers.we are suffering from this and our daily charges is cutting regularly.we are hoping the company should solve this problem immediately
i am useing airtel from 2years in between i had made group but after couple of month i broke that but now i am unable to make my friends group and daily as usual 1 deduct form my account and airtel costumer care also not guide to me properly.

thats why people moving to Vodafone.
I an using from last 5 years having airtel friends plan.and suddenly on 16 apr 2010 my plan get change to pulse second billing.I dont know how.I hanvn't recharge anything.And custumer care also not handle properly my issue.They dont have any sense of responsibility to solve the problems.
please help me I want to my frineds plan
All losers at airtel customer service, i dont expect them to help anyways
