Airtel — Irresponsible and no show behaviour exhibited | |
I, Ruchir Masand have 5 mobile connections & 1 Broad band connection of Airtel. Mr Narendra Mishra [protected] use to come every month and collect cheques from me. I requested him to get my 2 post paid nos to prepaid. every time he asssured me today then tommorrow, this matter is being lingered since last two months and now when i am calling this guy neither he is taking my call nor calling me back. How irresponsible and no show behaviour is this. Please take some immediste action and send some executive to get the needful done. Was this information helpful? | |

My daughter mob no [protected] of Tamil Nadu doesnot get connected through BSNL Landline phone at Residence.It can be connected through Mobile phone but there is no mobile phone at residence.Complaint has been lodged with customer care past one month but no result.Pl do something or give us a new no which can be connected through BSNL landline. OTHERWISE WE HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER.I REQUEST YOUR CONFIRMATION WITHIN THREE DAYS AT MY MOBNO--[protected] OR AT [protected].9
