i have china mobile imei

I have a valid IMEI number [protected], I am using Motorola Z6, my IMEI number is approved in the numberingplans, but I am getting a call from Airtel that my IMEI number is invalid, it is very frustrating that I am getting messages regarding this on a daily basis. I purchased the mobile from an authorised Motorola sales center. When I contacted them they told it is a valid IMEI number. Is there any solution for this?
