My Mobile No. [protected]. Presently My mobile shows validity upto[protected] & existing balance . But i paid a lump sum amount for a life time validity plan vide transaction no.[protected] two years ago as per your sms. Kindly reconcile & extend the validity for life time & oblize

My cell phone number is [protected] which is of Airtel. On 10th May my hello tunes got active and 30 Rs get deducted from my balance, while i had not made any request to active Hello tunes. Again today on 21 st of May one new hello tunes got active on my number and also 30 Rs get deducted from my balance. This time also I had not made any request. what is this?. Now it is enough. Please do something to stop these things.

i got Airtel Combo plan with unlimited facility with 512 kbps speed. When i took this plan I was told that they will attend any complain within 4 hours or latest by next day. Now My phone number 46502601 and the broadband both are down since 17.5.08 and till date no one has attended inspite of repeated calling. This is a gross negligence towards the service of customer. Why Airtel should not be penalized for this? I wonder when anyone will rectify the sitution.

I am receiving unwanted SMS's and calls from a number and I want to block that number. can any one tell me the procedure for this ? My service providers is Airtel.

10 days before I got a call from [protected] from a person(not IVRS call, that person interacted with me and answered my quried) regarding hello tunes but I denied the offer. On 12.08.2008 I got two messages abt deduction of Rs.30 and Rs. 15 from my account for subscribing hello tunes and downloading Gayatri mantra as Hello tunes respectively. I immidiately unsubscribe the Hello tunes. I have contacted several times your customer care regarding above issues but they are failed to resolve my issues.Therefore I request you to resolve my issues and credit Rs.45 in my account as soon as possible.
Same type of problem I faced Two months before that they activated the Internet automatically on my mobile no and deducted Rs.299.
2 days before I also received a call from [protected] from a person named DEVI, she also insisted me for Hello tunes .I also denied her for Hello tunes offer and told her abt my previous harashment from Airtel. Pls take care of not to activate Hello tunes again.
I have been facing these type of harashment from airtel regularly.
Pls take care of above mentioned matters.

I don't know what to say about this Airtel people. Giving poor & poor service.

My bill dtd. 9/3/2008 was of Rs.251. I have recd. a call from Airtel that I have to pay Rs.140 only and Rs.112 is your reimbursement. So I have paid accordingly. But my payment was not credited to my account because of their mistake and ultimately the late payment fees charged to me again.

For next month's bill, I went to their Customer Relationship Centre at Vasai (W) and told them about the matter. They told me to pay amount which is relevant according to me and they assured me that next time no late payment would be charged to you.

But again the bill came for the month of May which includes again late payment fees and ultimately additing tax amount also. The final bill is of Rs.321. Instead of I have to pay the bill, Airtel should first reimburse me Rs.24.32 and the actual bill should be Rs.236 instead of Rs.321.

Sir, i have a airtel prepaid no. [protected]. One unneccesary charge of Rs. 25 had been deducted from my a/c on 16th May. Wn i talked to CC then no satisfactory ans, they are saying that i have activated any Voice chat service on my mobile, . but wn i checked my mobile there was no incoming call from airtel nor any outgoing msg or call to airtel. now i don't know why airtel had deducted this amount. Pl investigate this matter seriously sothat i can get the same amount back in my a/c.

i have taken this connection on 14/11/07
i am changing my circle from maharashtra and mumbai everyday.
i need my roaming activated continuously. but i am facing problem of roaming de-activated any day of the week suddenly. i have explained to almost every executives and supervisers on giving complain on 121, inspite of it was taking time of almost 30 minutes for each complain on 121. i was given two month vaiver of rental for not solving my problem. i have give this mobile no to all of my business associates and made stationories printed with the said mobile no. [protected]. when it was unbarrable to deal with the poor knoledgible call center officer, i decided to quit airtel, but i received a call from airtel on 13/04/08 (sunday) that airtel have resolved the problem . i put connected. again after 35 days the same problem reappeared that as soon as i leave maharashtra circle i am disconnected. i am loosing huge loss of business due to this. kindly help me out. i can always leave airtel and switch to other operator with some pain but is this the condition the consumer has to live with?

I took an airtel postpaid connection (plan 599) from airtel dealer at Kichlu Chowk, Airport Road, Amritsar, Punjab (owned by Ms Priya Mehra, Sr. leader Ph-[protected] as indicated in the business card given by dealer) on 21 Apr 08 and allotted with number as [protected]. after four days i got an sms as my verification went wrong and subsequently outgoing call facility on my number discontinued. I immediately approached the dealer and requested for a reverification. during the subsequent days also, as the dealer said, my verification again has been negative. The guy who came for my verification given his statement as he approached my residing place and when enquired he got a negative response.
I am a defence personnel (IAF) and I strongly believe that the guy who came for my verification didn't turn up to the right spot. On the sixth day my incoming facility also discontinued. Every after when i approach my dealer, only thing they can say is, sir, i have done my job and now its the verification department to give clearance. I have submitted two copies of my address proof. is it that much difficult to find a defence person who is residing just two kilometer away from the dealer itself? The same time my room mate who also got a connection on 23 Apr, got verified his address.

Finally, on 16 May 08, after making so much effort myself to get my verification done, one guy came for the purpose. He even don't have my proper address or the address proof given by me or any authority letter or a proforma for the purpose which he came. He noted my address in a chit and promised me that my connection will be restored soon. The same evening incoming facility got activated. I called up the fellow on [protected] and informed about the same. He told me that the dealer did'nt forward my papers to his office yet.

Even today, on 17 May 08, my outgoing facility has not been restored. My bill for the month is about to out without even getting the opportunity to use it.

I wonder that the airtel compay has no hand in the dealer or the verification agency? They even refused to give me a receipt for the amount (Rs. 550/-) which i paid for the connection. I is that much headache and time consuming to be a customer of Airtel?

I hope that i will be acknowledged.

recently the AIRTEL MANGALORE DEACTIVATED MY SIM AND ARE REFUSING TO REACTIVATE THE SIM.

I, Ruchir Masand have 5 mobile connections & 1 Broad band connection of Airtel.

Mr Narendra Mishra [protected] use to come every month and collect cheques from me.

I requested him to get my 2 post paid nos to prepaid.

every time he asssured me today then tommorrow, this matter is being lingered since last two months and now when i am calling this guy neither he is taking my call nor calling me back.

How irresponsible and no show behaviour is this.

Please take some immediste action and send some executive to get the needful done.

I need a New connection in the name of my wife, so i visit airtel outlet in sector 15 on 12 March 2008, they charge 1000 rs for advance rental but number is not activated till now (29April 2008), I visited again and again but told some technical reason its not activated, and the also not refund my money, then i go to Airtel Outlet in Plot no 29, Bhoor colony opp sector 29, Global Televenture, they gave assurence of my amount and activate my number with in 2 hour, that a nice service, and money is also refund with in 7 days.

This is Sri Jayanth my Airtel no. is [protected], this number is in my name and this is a post-paid connection. I have requested the Airtel customer service to disconnect my number since i am leaving abroad. I have raised this on 07/05/2008 and my reference number is[protected]. It has been 10 days from the date of request and I see no action is taken on this. When I initially informed the customer service they told me that it will be disconnected within a day or two at a maximum of a week.



And once again I called the customer service on Wednesday(14/05/2008), then I was told that the service would be disconnected only I settle the outstanding due’s and my unbilled usage. As soon as I got this information I settled all my dues on 15/05/2008, but there is action taken still.



And today when I call up these people, they attended my call and asked me to hold on call as they were retrieving the details but my call was disconnected. I see this that they have done purposefully as I had tried for three times.

I think so the worst customer service is none other than airtel..

I hv send meny mail to customer care through your franchaisy in our city i.e. City Center Buldana, but u doesnt rply to the same or dosent solve my problem . On very time t tolk to the customer o[censored] company and they tell me various invails remedies to unsubcribe the yahoo zone plan but non was act properly or no one creates a perfect solution for the same problems .
Your company has aply m Rs. 30/- p m for the same service or plan which i never demanded and i never required . So i am toomuch disturbed due tothe said plan .
So, pls pls pls unsbcribe the yahoo zone plan .

Ref: Airtel post paid connection: [protected] (Bangalore). Customer account number:[protected]

The above said mobile connection has been disconnected for non payment of bill on 16MAy2008 afternoon.

As soon as i came to know that the connection has been disconnected for the above said reason, I made the payment in an airtel office (Airtime Enterprises, Koramangala, Bangalore. Amount paid. Rs. 8685.00 (eight thousand six eighty five).

I made the payment by around 07.00pm, with an oral commitment from a concerned officer in the office, that 'connection will be re-activated with in 04 hours'.

I am writing this e-mail at 07.00PM 17May2008, 24 hours after making the payment.

Sad to say that the connection has not yet been re-activated.

M/s Airtel: If you have policy of dis-connecting the line for non payment, definitely as customer i have the right to ask for the connection after making the payment.

Now its 24 hours after making the payment, and constant follow ups with your call centre.

No results, no proper answer, no one to take the responsibility.

The number what i am using is corporate connection. I am not even able to contact your contact centre from this number.

Really fedup with this type of service from airtel.

Any how decided, this will be the last month o[censored]sing an airtel connection in my life.

I will do my best to convince my corporate manager, all my friends and relatives, to change their mobile service provider from airtel.

And will be a good brand ambassador of all your competitors in future.

Hope you all took your precious time read my concerns.
