[Resolved]  Airtel — BARRED MY MOBILE NUMBER AFTER GETTING ALL THE MONEY

I got a new Airtel postpaid mobile number([protected]), from Airtel dealer Greentel of Tirupur. They have collected my address proof and also Rs.500 for activation charge and also for Golden number. I have used the number for few days and surrendered my old numbers also shifted my contact totally to this number now my mobile number is barred and they are giving the reason as the address in my proof(driving licence, scanned copy of the same is attached with this mail for your reference) doesn't have the postpaid service. Can't the dealer inform it to me in advance while I am approaching for a number, the dealer is not helping me to make the same number as a prepaid number, then what is the answer for my money and contact. Now I need that number as even as a prepaid number.

Airtel Postpaid — for money

My self is Syed Akram Hussain.
I had a Airtel postpaid connection. I had some problem in my family that's why im disconnected the connection.
In 2001, on that time i got the cheque but, im not withdrawl to that cheque. I have a cheque that only how we can convert into cash.
I need to convert now how to do that.
so, please help me about this.
The Cheque no is (005648"[protected]: 395700").
The Cheque issue date is (8-Aug-01).
The cheque amount is (1179, 00 ).
I need urgent response for this . First i convert the cheque into the cash otherwise i will purchase another connection.

New connection — barring of numbers

you have barred the services of my phone and you claim that it will be unbarred after 72hrs after submission of documents. my numbers are[protected] and[protected]. it is almost 100hrs since i was promised that they will have unbarred my numbers
Instead of that you have taken a new connection for that amount you have made. The same is using know.

I am also got a new Airtel postpaid mobile numbers from Airtel dealer Greentel of Tirupur. They have collected my address proof and also Rs.645 for activation charge and also for Golden number.

I am not at all started using this number and simply they send a SMS that the number is barred like that.

I got shocked and it seems that they cheated me and now I am here to complaint about them.

They called me and told that they need another Rs.500 then they will activate the number again like that.

Its really BAD that AIRTEL and their showroom is cheated me and also another one who already filed a case here.

So AIRTEL is started cheating the customer and earn more on this way I think so. Please be careful before go with a Connection with the Airtel or from GreenTel. Don't pay anything in advance they will surely cheat.

GREENTEL is a cheater AIRTEL Showroom.

AIRTEL is also a cheater.

Any postpaid connection they have formal verification if getting failed 100 % line getting suspended. It is understand all and signed the documents at all. Verification followed by trai rules . Post paid connection is not a fun matter. Appropriate formalites are there .

Airtel — Airtel mobile number barred

Airtel cell number is barred
I am the employ of GLA university, Mathura. Recently i took the number of Airtel as per better connectivity in spite of that i had submitted the my voter id card as an identity, number gets activated, but after 5 days it becomes barred for that i had contacted the nearest airtel service centre. He told me u have to submit local id too. I did it on GLA universities letter head of my department along with the permanent id again and he told me that it will get activated after two days. Now it is becomes around 8 days number is barred yet. Problem is that i had made a recharge of 440 INR in that still 269 INR are there. During that period i met him 3 times, every time he calls to somene and says that ur number will get actived within half an hour. What can i do now.
[protected] is an Airtel Number. This is a disturbing no. Mentality of the woner of this no. is very bad. From a long time, I`m suffering by this disturbing no. If any one can help me by collecting the address of this no, then I shall be highly obliged.

AirTel — they closed my mobile number

which was prepaid and it was working well but suddenly it stopped working and when i complained in ASHA TRADING COMPANY(who is dealer of airtel) they told my mumber [protected] is deleted and they also told now we can't do anything

I am no [protected] o[censored]r company at first i was given 500 mins free local calling . but the last five bills i have received with 200mins local free only . i have been ur reguler customer . but i think that i have been cheated .
i[censored] don't give me the plan i had earlier i will be forced to change the company. i have requested it for many times but nothing has been done .so this is my last request

Dear M/s. Green tel,

Two weeks back i had bought postpaid Air tel SIM card no. is[protected] from your showroom, very urgent basis, your team asked 4 days to activate the no. now 14 days completed, the no. is very urgent to add new contact for my cabs service purpose but till now the no. is not activated by your team.

For that, i have called your team regarding to asking the status They are not attending my phone calls & if attends means not answering responsibly; i understand the activation you have problem from your side, hence, i request withdraw my SIM request & return my document at the earliest, if any problem to return my documents further I know have to solve it please under stand & return back my documents to me.

This is not way to approach the customers & Air tel name also will get bad opinion from new customers.
