I HAVE AIRTEL NO FOR LAST5 YEARS AND NOW BALANCE DEDACT FOR LAST 20 DAYS BUT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NOT GIVE ME A CLEAR RESPONSE AND YESTERDAY HE ACTIVATE MY HELLO TUNE FOR HIS SIDE AND MY BALANCE GO FOR MINANCE. Very bad Billing and Customer care service

This is report the problem I'm facing for last 45 days with the Airtel Broadband Customer care and Billing departments. They have wrongly billed the amount which is 3 times more. I had to follow up atleast 40 - 50 times to resolve the issue but it is not resolved yet. Each time they give a unique reason/excuse for the delay and this is happening for last 45 days.

Airtel should have some sense to respect/concern towards...

CLIP scheme

I have just read in the Decan Chronicle that "CLIP", an optional facility should have been provided only with the consent of the subscriber and not making it a compulsory item. I have been charged Rs25 per month since 2007 without my consent. In fact last year Trai in its order had asked the companies not to force Clip facility on subscribers. Would you please arrange for me to be credited the amounts you have charged me to date....

MMS activation

I applied for MMS on my Airtel prepaid card and was told to go to airtelworld.com/mms but he site does not open . What is the point of providing special codes to the customers and advertising how wonderful they are if Airtel cannot activate MMS in a simple user-friendly manner ? This sort of chain of message-here-message-there is needless harassment !...

About activation of Hello tunes without nod of customer

My cell phone number is [protected] which is of Airtel. On 10th May my hello tunes got active and 30 Rs get deducted from my balance, while i had not made any request to active Hello tunes. Again today on 21 st of May one new hello tunes got active on my number and also 30 Rs get deducted from my balance. This time also I had not made any request. what is this?. Now it is enough. Please do something to stop these things....

WORST SERVICE

i got Airtel Combo plan with unlimited facility with 512 kbps speed. When i took this plan I was told that they will attend any complain within 4 hours or latest by next day. Now My phone number 46502601 and the broadband both are down since 17.5.08 and till date no one has attended inspite of repeated calling. This is a gross negligence towards the service of customer. Why Airtel should not be penalized for this? I wonder when anyone will...

Automatically activated Hello tunes & deducted Rs.45 from my account

10 days before I got a call from [protected] from a person(not IVRS call, that person interacted with me and answered my quried) regarding hello tunes but I denied the offer. On 12.08.2008 I got two messages abt deduction of Rs.30 and Rs. 15 from my account for subscribing hello tunes and downloading Gayatri mantra as Hello tunes respectively. I immidiately unsubscribe the Hello tunes....

Late payment fee

I don't know what to say about this Airtel people. Giving poor & poor service.

My bill dtd. 9/3/2008 was of Rs.251. I have recd. a call from Airtel that I have to pay Rs.140 only and Rs.112 is your reimbursement. So I have paid accordingly. But my payment was not credited to my account because of their mistake and ultimately the late payment fees charged to me again.

Unneccessary Deduction from Mobile No. 9997221690

Sir, i have a airtel prepaid no. [protected]. One unneccesary charge of Rs. 25 had been deducted from my a/c on 16th May. Wn i talked to CC then no satisfactory ans, they are saying that i have activated any Voice chat service on my mobile, . but wn i checked my mobile there was no incoming call from airtel nor any outgoing msg or call to airtel. now i don't know why airtel had deducted this amount. Pl investigate this matter seriously...

Irresponsible and no show behaviour exhibited

I, Ruchir Masand have 5 mobile connections & 1 Broad band connection of Airtel.

Mr Narendra Mishra [protected] use to come every month and collect cheques from me.

I requested him to get my 2 post paid nos to prepaid.

every time he asssured me today then tommorrow, this matter is being lingered since last two months and now when i am calling this guy neither he is taking my call nor calling...
