[Resolved]  Airtel — not deactivating Online Airtel friend chat

no use... nobody speaks from the other end and immediately u get a message that " U spoke to XYZ i[censored] want to continue dial this number"

follow the below procedure to deactivate Online Friends chat...

Dial 543216 then choose the option 4 and then 6 and finally 2

without giving any request, airtel friendz chat has been activated in my mobile number which is unnecessarely charged Rs. 30/- PM without being used, i called the number in the message and deactivated manually. But like this if they are going to charge for lakhs of persons without any request..its just like stealing money ...very disgusting...(for eg., 30rs x 1lakh users = 30 lakhs in just a second).

Whose money is it anyway..who is going to bother...

You're right! these ppl are so damn disgusting! I got activated with this nonsense service 4 no reason at all! Called customer care enuf times and finally now he told it'll be cancelled and balance refunded in an hr! lets see..

I am also using airtel freinds chat..its just wastage of money, not geting replys from my friends network.
mine is a long chain of friends network, for not loosing them i am still using airtel science 5 long yrs..
airtel is still so expensive while other networks are giving services with low cost of price..

Please deactivate my friend chat service. My airtel no [protected]. Kindly avoid such type of calls comes anytime at midnight which is really disturbing.

our sms pack is now 25 but wats d use no improvement at all but if 25rupees cums with 200 sms pak den dat will really mean alot to d airtel users...thnkssssssssss

I think that there is no use of friend chat as we cant get true information also msg only receive from internet not from individual person so rite option is just deactivate d airtel friend chat service.
