[Resolved]  Airtel — AIRTEL SUCKS IN NETWORK COVERAGE

When I got my airtel SIM card I was told that airtel has good coverage and all the city limits are covered by it. I live in Pune. For first few months the service was ok but now for past few months the network coverage is very bad. There is zero coverage at night and also during the day the network coverage is not good. The call gets disconnected very frequently. I made repeated complaints at airtel complaint centre (198) but there are no updates from them.
I deal with international clients so I expect calls at night and my calls last for atleast an hour . With such disgusting service provider(airtel), my client inform me that they cannot contact me when they need me. This unreliability in the network coverage from so-called big player in Indian mobile industry is pathetic.

Airtel sucks and I would recommend to everyone NOT to ignore such unreliable service and complaint promptly to them or add comment to this complaint. When we pay monthly rental for the service then it is our right to get that service. If the service is not for 24 hours then they should ask for the whole rental as well.

I would suggest to collectively NOT pay any airtel bill and make unlimited calls on the phone. When they stop our service for non-payment then we will switch to some good reliable service provider. In this way we will get a better service and also we can teach airtel some lesson .
