Airtel — Paid for connections but installation still pending and there i sno revert at all from the company | |||
I called the number [protected] on 13th Sep '2010 and booked my order for a MEGA PLAN with a parent and one child connection. I was put through a payment gateway and I made a payment of Rs 3380 from my HSBC credit card. The order was confirmed by the executive and a transaction Id was provided to me which is : 10790047. He confirmed that payment of Rs 3380 has ben debited and also confimed that the connection will be installed at my home address within 72 hours. It is 22nd Sep today and as of date I have not heard back from Airtel. Its been 9 days today and there is no revert. I have fanatically been calling Airtel DTH customer care center and I am just being transferred between executives without any satisfactory response. I have contacted their nodal office as well but there is no revert. All they have to say is that we have marked an email and soon you will get a revert. After 20 repeated calls within the last week , they provided me with a compalint number which is : 3899532. I kept following up on this complaint number through their email id but there was is response at all. After taking the money and repeated complaints no body has even bothered to give a call back and look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

He confirmed that payment of Rs 999/- has ben debited and also confimed that the connection will be installed at my home address within 72 hours. It is 22nd Sep today and as of date I have not heard back from Airtel. Its been 5 days today and there is no revert.I have called in 12150, on 20th sep but not got any satisfactory answer. After taking the money and repeated complaints no body has even bothered to give a call back and look into the matter.
