Airtel — GPRS rs 98 Plan activated but not working since past 9 months

this is to bring to your kind notice carelessness of Bharti Airtel Ltd Punjab Circle.
I have been with Airtel since the past 8 yrs.
in first week of sep 10 ie 9 months ago i had purchased a new handest Nokia X6, so after having bought a new mobile i wanted to get my GPRS activated and i contacted Airtel and they said that they would activate it in 3 days and the pack rental would be Rs 98. so put foreword my request to get it activated.
it got activated but i was not able to browse any website , so i contacted their representative he told me that they would fix it soon but the problem dint get solved.
then i again contacted then he said that he would be forwarding a complaint to the technical dept. and gave me a weeks time to respond week got finished i contacted again and he said give me 3 days more .. and again it didnt get fixed.
so then i also didnt call them for a while .
but after a month or so i again contatced them regarding the issue they said yes that i had complaied them earlier also , he said i again would file a complaint and gave me serice request number and again a weeks time was asked from me to rectify the issue. but after repeated call and complaints my problem didnt get solved.
so i posted on www.consumercourt.in and i was contacted by their noida manager regarding the issue , he told me to get my SIM swapped and i did that and again it didnt work, they said they would deactivate the plan and then again reactivate but that alos dint soleve the problem.
Then there was no respnse from their side.
and once again e mailed them they said they would solve the problem as soon as possible.
but from then on no contact.
a day or 2 ago i mailed the manager nodal office that i m FILING A case in CONSUMER COURT for the HARASSMENT and taking 98 s rent for 9 months and not giving me service ,, then also he didnt reply ,. THIS SHOW THE CALLOUS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR on PART OF AIRTEL.

Bharti Airtel — GPRS plan is not activated

GPRS is not activated after recharge of Rs 98 in Airtel. I have recharge on 21st March, 2010. Problem of subscribe packet data first is still continuing on my mobile. I have complaint about this to Airtel Customer Care Executives but they r not solving my problem. I complaining to them continuously from 23rd March, 2010. I have received limit of 2GB and settings but GPRS service is not activated by Airtel as told by two customer care executives of Airtel. U r requested to please solve my problem so that I can perform my important task using internet. My Airtel No. is [protected]. On this no. I have problem.

Airtel- a thief, doesnot learn from its previous mistakes
dear sir,
I, jatin gopal gala, user of [protected] want you to bring in notice that this my second complain for wrongly debting the balance for my a/c.
last time, rs 99 were deducted which was credit after long question answers section. this time again after around a month, my balance is debted wit rs.50 (msg from 54321).
i had kept my balance well below rs99, before activating gprs service so that the amount wont get deduted but what to tell abt airtel brains ...this time it deduced rs 50 from the amount.
My first call was discounted on asking for the complain number………………..(reason)

all the further correspondences should be done in writen and send the copy of it on my email address. airtel is providing the WORST SERVICE till date.
i have got in touch in your Nodal Officer and my issue hasn't been resolved yet.
he told me that he would reply by 6th june and he hasn't. so lets see.
