[Resolved] Airtel — CHARGING MORE CALL RATE THAN THE COMMITMENT AT THE TIME OF SALE OF CONNECTION | |
Respected sir/ madam, I am working in LIC of India in Amritsar. I have purchased a power plan CUG from airtel compan in 2010.. While selling this plan to me i was told the call rate from airtel to airtel mobile in 10 paise only. Now the company is charging 20 paise call from me from airtel to airtel. My hundred of colleagues are using 10 paise call facility from airtel to airtel. I have written to airtel aurthorities and they revert me we have changed your plan and in this plan .20 paise call rate is available. Now yesterday i have written again and they reverted the same.
