[Resolved] Airtel Coin Phone — customer care not supporting | |
Today 24/08/2009 I called airtel customer care from my friends airtel no to 121 to know how do i reactivate my airtel prepaid coin phone connection they told to contact [protected] I called them they told to call 4031919 while calling to that number they told to call to [protected] again while calling back they told to call 4010555 they told to call back [protected] they told to call to [protected]. then I called back to [protected] they disconnected my call . So as customer care they are not supporting a single customer. No person was responsible in that place to make them responsible I wast a compensation of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- from airtel>so that they will allocate an eligible person for customer care service. PLease register this complaint and help me All the calls I made was from my bsnl number 2629660 and 2629770 Was this information helpful? | |

I have recharged my phone no [protected] for Rs.299 but my phone still not received the amount recharged...
hello all, iam a distributor for a small area named moondradaippu ( down south tamilnadu ), for the past 25 days we are facing low frequency in our AIRTEL tower which was shared by vodafone, most of the retailers & consumer were complaining that they are facing lot of problems ( call rejected, call disconnected, not in use, swtchd off / not reachable( even its showing the airtel tower in moble) while using AIRTEL, in our town we are having major share arround 80%, now the customers are converting themselves to other network...
We have talked to the techinical assistant & concern person, yet they are not ready to solve the issue, in the market this issue is spreading 1:33 ratio, i dnt know how we are going to get back the business, the officials are not showing intrests in these kind of base issues...
I like AIRTEL network very much, its my favourite network, but nowadays ...

1 I requested costomer care on 4th August 09 as per request no 253300
2 I mailed to [protected]@airtel.in when no action was taken upto 8th Aug
3 I mailed at costomercare.[protected]@airtel.in on 8th of Aug.
4.I also mailed to costomercare.ncr& nodel.upwest
6 I got mail from costomercare on 8th Aug09 that my request have already been registered With reference no 253300 & stating "our team is working on this & our executive
will revert to you soon".
7 No body contacte me upto 12th Aug.
8 I agaim mailed 0n 12th Aug to care.ncr & care.meerut
9 I again cotacted costomercare at 121 & surprise to note that your executive told you donot have any request at all
10 He again registered & gave me cancellation no./ticket no 777630
11 I Got a call to know the reason of disconnection . I explained that I am leaving India
12 I again contacted 121 again I was told there is no request by your executive on 15th
13 when I was angry He told that Oh yes your requet is there
In this way you will appriciate that I have tried my best to get it done
14 Your persons came to my house on 17th August09 & promised to come again on 19th.but they did not disconnect the broad band
15 I am still waiting for them
16 I contacted personnally to madam Ruche pahwa on her mobile on [protected] on 18th of Aug 09& she also promised to contact me on 19th but I am still waiting.
17 She also told that my request is there & no charge shall be applicable after that date
18 I talked to costomercare today & was told that my connection has been cancelled & I have to clear amount of Rs 469/-.which was paid on today. kindly ensure that no further bill is issued
I9. was surprised to receive a mail from cistomercare that they are delighted to know that I am continuig as a costomer.
20 I imiediately contacted 121 to know who has said that i donot want to cancell but without result.
Such type of working by airtel speaks itself
