[Resolved] Airtel — complaint against airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months when nokia lumia 710 purchase. | |||
I purchased a nokia lumia 710 handset on january 2013 last week and my airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months has been activated on 7 feb 2013 but after one month that is on 6 march 2013 the offer for 1 month finished and auto activation for next month did not activated. I contacted Airtel customer care and executive replyed me that the offer is only for one month and not for 4 months and they disconnected my call, again i tried to contact them the executive took my call and didnt speak anything to me and was speaking to someone near to that lady and after sometime executive disconnected my call. I again tried but i was not able to connect to the customer care executive. my airtel number is [protected] and my nokia lumia 710 EMI number is [protected]. 1. did my offer get activated? 2. why this airtel customer care executive took my call and speaked to someone and disconnected my call? 3. why i can't contact airtel customer care executive again? I am also having the similar problem. I purchased a nokia lumia 710 handset on March 2013 3 week back and my airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months has been not been activated
I contacted Airtel customer care and executive replied that the offer is only for new connection and they disconnected my call. it is no where mentioned that I should have to buy a new airtel connection for this plan to work. Should a person buy a new mobile and change the connection every time to get the benefit.

I have also bought Nokia Lumia 620 and got new Airtel sim to avil this offer but I am being charged for the Date uses I have written to Airtel Presence, Now waiting for there response.
