Airtel — misbehave by the customer care boy
respected sir,i called to the customer care service to the airtel on 07/03/2010 sunday at 02:20am for my queries buy the guy responding to me really disappoint with his rude behaviour. he argue with me n said is thid the time to call go n take sleep when i said its the duty of you to clear the queries of your customer he says you come n do the job. i said then why should co. pays you he said you are not my payer sur bt i am the loyal and old customer of your company i have 8 airtel connections 6 postpaid and 2 prepaid in my family earlier i was quite satisfied but this thing really disappoint me. i called from [protected](prepaid) mb. no. you can check his rude behave from your records for internal training at above time and date. and he also said you will see wht i will do with your this no. now you will cry i said ok and he deducted rs.30 from my balance in my pre paid no. when i asked about his name he suddenly disconnect the cal so its a request as ur old and loyal customer kindly take strict action against this and refund my balance otherwise this will make a negative impact on the goodwill of your such a prestigies co.

AirTel — Misbehavior of the Customer Service
HI,I have been getting repeated misbehavior calls from airtel on my mobile [protected]. Inspite of paying all the bills, airtel is calling me from[protected] and asking me to pay the outstanding.
I have paid all the bills sent to me. When I asked her to send me the outstanding she asked me to wait for one more day. And now at 14:40 pm on 21, April, 2011 she asked me 10 times if I have received the bill, if I have checked the email.
It gives me an impression that all the employees of airtel and dumb and stupid because they cannot understand statements in one go.
Please stop all this abuse and do not disturb me.
AirTel — Misbehave by customer care
Sir,In my number [protected] the caller tune was activated automatically. I came to know at 9:09 pm. Regarding the issue I talked to Mr. Chandan Kumar. But the way of talking was not good & he disconnected the call. Again tried to contact customer care but the customer care service was deactivated. Then called from a different number [protected] at 10: 25 pm and talked to Mr. Vimal but he didn't respond well. He misbehaved with me and given the number of Mr Vikrant [protected] and said do whatever you can do against me.
Please take appropriate action against the respective customer care executive Mr. Chandan & Mr Vimal.

Airtel — getting computer calls
I am currently visiting europe, and have been getting regular calls on my cell from a number, [protected] . Since recieving the call would be expensive ( due to international roaming), thus i always try to call back the number and its always switched off, even when i call immediately after recieving the call, it comes as switched off.Can it be a computerised number ? This is a nuisance and disturbance.
