[Resolved] Airtel — Cross Connection of calls | |||
From last 2 days I am experiencing Cross Connection when attempting to make a call, What happens is when I try to call someone for example my father, he receives the ring, when he picks it up, he doesn't hears my voice but the call remains connected and on my side, instead of hearing his voice, I hear conversation of someone else on another call but they don't hear my voice. When I called Airtel Customer Care (198), to make a complaint about this, the executive told me that there is no such thing and when I asked him to make a complaint about it or let me speak to higher authority, he disconnected my call. This is very poor service, and rude behavior of Airtel Customer Care that instead of addressing customer's issue, they just disconnect the call as if it is nothing. If this problem persists, then I'll soon be porting to some other mobile service company which is reliable and responsible. Was this information helpful? | |||
