This is in reference to Airtel Number [protected], for which all the bills have been cleared. But repeatedly calls are being made stating that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1696.00 on this number.

Airtel demanding charges for Safe Custody which is unfair. Request all IT professionals to have a knowledge of the same and change the service provider by keeping the same number. They even are charging to talk to Customer care. Their Cust Care Centres are pathetic. They treat you as though you have come to ask money from them. Lose all the time there.

I would like to question as to why they charge money for safe custody?...

My prepaid Mobile Tel.No is [protected]. On 6th July at 2.16 pm., 2012, an amount of Rs 44
has been charged to the above account in the name of sms service.But I have already taken this sms service 1 week before.on 6th day i have not activate any sms services.When i try to call customer service number (both 198 and 121) there is no option for complaint registration.Anyway i lost 44 rs.please help sir..Please resolve...

I would like to inform you that i have a mobile with airtel connection .My number is [protected],i am always getting a unknown number which has no number i can not call back or find out from where the call or sms is
it is a unknown number that is no number.

Despite my several requests to the Airtel for MNP from 24th May, 2012 till now my request for MNP has not been completed and have been creating problems on flimsy grounds and not allowing me to migrate to Tata Teleservices providers. I was a core airtel customer. But now I have been made to rethink my decisions. I had taken Airtel 3G dongle about a year back. Recently, by looking at the airtel website (attached screen shot) I made a recharge for Rs. 250. As per the website it says 1GB data usage with validity of 1 month. Please find below my experience for purchase of a new Airtel DTH connection which is in complete contrast to their current TV campaign. My local cable service provider is much more efficient and responsive.
