Wrong Information Given by Airtel Customer Care (Tamilnadu). I have rechared my mobile number ([protected]) with ec 64 rs (1 second pulse rate). But i have not satisfied with this scheme. So i called to customer care and asked to cancel this 64rs (1 second pulse rate). One lady told me to recharge 119rs to change my plan as 10 paise to airtel and other mobile for 50 paise std 1 rupee. I recharged my mobile but it goes 30 paise for airtel. Again i make a call to customer care and asked "Why you given a wrong information to me?" that lady cooly replied i will transfer your call to sineor officer. I am waiting hardly more than 30 minutes no higher officer attended my call. I end my call and again make a call to customer care. At finally one supervisor (Parvathi) told me "If our side mistake we will solve this problem with in 24 hours." I am using Airtel Service more than 7yrs but today i am think Airtel Customer Care Service is so POOR. So i am waiting to see the soultion. Regards, Krishna Kumar.
