[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care Service — deduction of amount for mms which has not been sent

i have seen many times customer service of airtel is not upto the mark.on 8th Jan i was trying to send mms,but some how it was not sent may be because of network problem or any other reason.then when i checked my balance,it showed 20 Rupees deduction from main balance and when i tried to call customer care number,no option was available to customer care executive.this is something not acceptable from the company like Airtel.it was also happend earlier but i did not complain.now it is too much,so i had to complain.

sir i m a customer of your prepaid service. on [protected], . sir it is very incident thing is that last month on 26/02/2010..on this day 92rupees will deducted from my account...after this when i call your customer service..they told me ...plz contact after 3days for total information after this when i contact then they doesn't give me satisfied answer after ds one o[censored]r customer-care boy told me ur money will return beck to ur number...but still now they, doesn't give me ds amount...& when i call again dn they told me dt u download from nokia site... but the real thing is dt i m using nokia1209, which doesnt have any gprs facilities. so, sir i request u plz give me my details information...

In pre paid mobile no daily combo pack started without our consent please withdraw the facility immediately also register our both phone numbers for no unwanted call. no unwanted sms and other do not disturb facilities.

will not hasitate to approach consumer court if our request is not exeeded immediately.
our all earlier efforts in these regards proved to be in vain.

I HAVE A AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER 14566993 HAVING TARIFF PLAN 599 Rs. NOW I CAME TO KNOW FROM SOME OF MY FRIENDS THAT THERE IS ONE MORE PLAN OF Rs. 499 HAVING DOUBLE SPEED AND DOUBLE NO OF CALLS SO I CALLED YOUR 121 SERVICES FOR CHANGE IN MY PLAN. SOME OF MY OTHER FRIENDS ALSO DID THE SAME. THERE REQUEST WAS ACCEPTED AND THEIR PLAN WAS CHANGED. BUT MY REQUEST WAS REJECTED REQUEST NO. 30753450 AND FIRST THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 3 DAYS BUT NOW THEY ARE DISAGGRING TO IT??? WHY IS IT SO???WHY IS YOUR COMPANY NOT STABLE ON ITS COMMITMENT???? PLEASE ANSWER?? I WILL NOT HESITATE TO KNOCK THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS.
