[Resolved]  Airtel Data Card — Bill after cancel of service

19th April 2013 i have requested to cancel my number [protected] through customer care. After that several guys called me to conform the request,
Then i got the next month bill and account is active, they said there is new bill cycle so pay that amount and raise new cancel request. I payed the amount and raised the complaint. Its in May. When i paid i have paid all money due and canceled it. Even there status says it cancelled. but they generate June month bill now and says that also i need to pay. I have not used there service from April onwards why they are charging for june also.. I have requested several time to cancel the connection, why they are become active automatically ? Looks like they are trying to charge as much money for the customer who are leaving the service. Some one should take strong action against them.

To be simple. If i request cancel, cancel the account on the day i have cancelled and charge any out standing due. Why they keep account active every month and charging it ?

AirTel — Cancellation of service

Sir

I had registered a request bu airtel to close my post paid service as i have migrated to another city. The customer service says that they can cancel the service only after i receive a call from the customer service. My problem is i cannot take mobile at work nor am i available on any other number from 8.30 to 19.00. As per their reasoning i cannot close the service which i find ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated.

Airtel Data Card — miss guiding and now overcharging to save their employee.

i Prashantroach bought a connection from airtel last month, i was told that the downloading speed will be 40-45 kbps.
when i used it it was very slow so i called the technical support, which was of no use.
from the day of purchase i have visited the airtel branch at 32sec, chandigarh, at least 10 times from the DAY of purchase.the speed never crossed more than 7 kbps, now today i again went there
with my notebook and showed the problem to the enginear present there, he told me that it will not exceed more than this, , i was not left with any other option but to cut the connection as it was not solving my purpose, i asked for the refund and they are refusing, , i told them that since it is so slow i cannot download any stuff that i want, my airtel number for data card is [protected]
and my plan was 599, which is plan||, which says that 1 gb is free, and will be charged rs.3mb
now they have given me a bill of rs 2400 plus, , ,
to save their employee they are putting the burden on me, ,
i know that i havent even used it that much as the downloading was not happening, i only used it for surfing, , not even every day, , then from where did this huge amount come.

i agree the customer support is not good, , they do not give the right suggestion
accept one or two executives, rest are the same
in my case i have called sector 32 chandigarh so many times to give me a solutio to my data card problem and even visited atleast 10 times in a month but it wasnt effective at all
in fact when i told them that i am gonna un-subscribe to and buy some other service provider who gives more speed, they retaliated and have now given me a bill of rs 2, 400plus...
when i havnt used the data card to make any calls or sms, and the downloading speed not exceedind 7 kbps, , how can such a huge bill come, ,
for this to happen first of all the speed should be gud, ,
then if i had to download so much i could have chosen the 999 pack with unlimited downloads
and not 599 plan that i am using...
airtel is no gud any more...

AirTel — Cancellation of airtel service

All,

I had been using airtel for more than 2 years and i had enable ECS direct debit option for making payment easy. As i was planning to relocate to UK, i opted to cancel my account with airtel.I had requested airtel for cancelling the account on Sep 12th 08 and was confirmed it would be cancelled by 14th of Sep by phone. After making a request via phone also i had mailed them officially for deactivating my account, i instantly got a reply that airtel customer care person would reply in 24 hours but no action for the mail.

My account was not deactivated till november and amount from my bank was debited every month inspite of making formal request for cancellation by mail & phone. From the time i observed a bill statement generated for october month I had been reminding about my cancellation atleast four times via email but no replies from any airtel customer service.

Finally after deducting the amount for november i got a mail from airtel customer service that your account is deactivated. Please see the mail below... Mail says deactivated and bill generated for zero usage but Rs 158 has been deducted from my account which is reflected in my account.

Airtel — Stop India_Pack

There is no way by which I can stop India_Pack on my Airtel Cell number +91-[protected].
I have been charged Rs.10 every week. Please Stop this service. I am loosing unnecessary money every week.
I have been also receiving messages from 56363 every day.the messages are of no use, they just send primary school gyan which i dont need at all.Every day these stupid messages are disturbing me.the most worst thing is i am not able to unsubcribe the service and ends up paying Rs 10 every month.

Does any one has every unsubcribed this successfully?

Airtel Data Card — Unavailability of service

I have taken Airtel Data card on 08/06/09 for unlimited access by paying Rs. 7500/- for six months from Haldia (WB) from an Airtel Data Card dealer. But from the first day there is no service. The highest speed is 0.35 to 1.45. I have incurred a heavy loss due to this slow service. Un-numbered calls and complaints made but of no use. The only reply is "we are looking into this and hope to solve the issue very soon." I have asked them to take back the device and make my refund. Taking into consideration that they have improved their services, I took this data card, but they have proved that I am wrong. I dont understand how they are running there nationwide service this this poor quality of service. Why they play with valued customers ? Where is the end ?

Airtel — Billing even after cancellation of connection

I was using Airtel Broandband connection for more then 2 years. before moving to US i had made a request to cancel the connection on phone. they called me 3-4 times and after that they confiormed on phone that my connection is cancelled. after one month 1 got the Bill for the month, i mailed them the details with request id's that when it was cancelled how come i got the bill. even affter writing them 2-3 times they have not confirmed anything and i didn;t got any proper response for that.
I want you to pleeeese deactivate this india pack subscription immediatly..

Airtel — Data card bill

I have given request to Air tel for change bill plan 999.00 to 49.00 dated 29.8.09 req. no. is 22405319 again I have Call 21.9.09 req no is 28477458 but the last 2 month bill is comming 999.00plan i am not using data card last 1.1 2 or 2months
i am crossponding through email airtel say to first pay the bill then
airtel not send me new 49.00 plan bill till Date 06.01.2010

AirTel — Data.net service

Please deactivate my Dadanet subscription from my mobile no. [protected]. I'm no longer using it but inspite of that they just cut it. Everyday they charge me with Rs 5 or 10. So please do something.

my mobile number is [protected] on last tuesday they debit rs20 in my balance for download some movies from mobile . But i din't download any thing from mobile. I call'd the customer care on that time and i inform that . They told me it's taken as a complaint and it will rectified in two day they give me an complaint number also. But still i din't get any answers from there . Today i'm not able to connect the customer care executive also . It's not a bigger amount for me but they are not responding me.
I bought a Airtel 3G modem, but now i'm totally regretting the decision, its so slow, its worse even than the mobile internet facility, its not been even a week since i bought it and now i wonder is their any way to surrender it so i can get any other connection?
Kindly deactivate my data card. Mya datacadr no is [protected].

Airtel — Wrong billing after cancellation

I was using Airtel CUG plan as the name is cug plan but they have charge almost double amount.
While taking this connections-[protected]-[protected] the airtel dealer told me that you pay 1000/- rs.we will deduct from the bill amount.He is Mr.santosh,his dealership is located at bandra (E).
He promised me many benefits with this plan but within 10 days only i received a bill of Rs.1000/- for [protected] andRs. 500/- for [protected]..god knowns for what they charge me this much,wen i haven't used that no's.when i asked, santosh told me this will get adjusted in ur next bill,but every month i was paying 1500/- rs.without any benefits.As he promised me that 1000 mins.will be free within CUG after wards it will charge you.but no 1000 min.was free and that amount also they didn't deducted,even though we kept paying the bill for 3 mnth ,thinking that they may deduct to next month bill,but they didnt.
finaly i decided to cancel the both no.[protected]/...125,lastly we asked to santosh will you pay back my 1000/- rs as security deposit ,than he told me to pay half amount and half will get deduct from ur security amount.

The same i did it,but after that i started getting harresment from airtel service people Malad ..they use to call me every day,i used to explain every body but even though they use to call again n again and they will be behaving very badly.

One day i received legal notice against of my bill,in that notice 1 no.was there of Mr.Sandeep Sood,i have explained everything to him with proof but still he has not rectify the problem,and still he has not called any time neither he is replying to my mails.For harrasing only service people or CC pepole will make a call like it is free for them but nobody will turn up after explaining my problems.

Its kind request to pls.solve my problem,either pay back my 1000/- or adjust that amount into my bill.

Bharti Airtel — Stop My card Service

My Card No is [protected] is using last 1 yrs But in mar-10 it plan convert postpaid to prepaid Mar -10 last week the prepaid service is block and Airtel say submeet your document i have submeet documet but april-10 first week this no is fully block and sim card registration fail messege shown in mobile .

so help me to start this no service again

Airtel — Bill coming even after connection cancellation

Hello,

Worst after services of Airtel broadband, i experienced this when i requested for cancellation of my airtel landline connection as i was shifting to another location.
when i asked airtel to shift my connection to new location they took almost more than a week(which is just a click away) to check whether this can be done or not, after a week or two they returned saying that this cannot be done then i ask them to please cancel my connection as i am no longer using it. i did everything from my end in the 1st week of may, but the airtel department did'nt took my complaint seriously though i have all request number's, interaction id's or ticket number's with me.

Result: They are not closing my connection and asking to pay all the rentals which are piled up due to their delay in processing my request and this rental is still increasing after my repeated complaints to airtel. and my connection is still working even after complaining for 4 months.

please suggest.
