Ref : USB - EDGE MODEM - IMEI - [protected] Data Card No. [protected] Sim No.[protected] S.L.No. 688273 We purchased Airtel Data Card in your Agency Show Room X-Squire Communications (P) Ltd. #14, Second Line Beach, Parrys, Chennai - 600 001. on 26.02.09 vide Receipt No. 10361 For Rs. 2999/- (Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninty Nine Rupees Only) in the name of Seair Shipping Services For your kind information we have 4 CUG Connection also and the number is[protected] & so on. I have taken this connection from the year 2000 by paying Rs.3000/- Security Deposit. The Same has not been refunded or recredited to me so far. We have been running this company for the past 10 years and so far we have taken Car, Housing & Official Loans from several banks who were willing to give us more and more Loans seeing our prompt payment and our transactions. To be more specific we have no single cheque bounce in our transactions which we have in Bank of India for several years. At this stage We are putting up this complaint. The above data card which we purchased for laptop is not working and we receive a message statting that " No Service" . When I contacted the show room which I purchased & Airtel Customer Care they said that the verification person who came to my office stated that our company is on "Low Profile". We clearly put up the complaint that the person who came to our office for verification has give a wrong statement which we could not digest. We request you to send the same person again to our office and give us explanation for the statement he has feeded in your system. We are not satisfied with your service. airtel data card — Not working.
Dear Sir/Madam,I purchased one data card from Air Tel on 7th of January 2009 and it worked well 1 month after that I changed rental plan to unlimited one. After changing to this plan, data card speed drasticallly reduced and finally not connecting to Net. I registeered no. of requests and all gone to vain. From last one month I am struggling a lot and no responce from Air Tel side. During this period I also lost my great carrier oppurtunity i.e my Post doctoral studies and mentally tortured and wasted my time by taking to customer care people.
Please suggest me what I have to do under these circumstances.
