AirTel — DND SERVICES

DEAR SIR,

I have registered my mobile tele [protected] for do not disturb calls vide registeration No S [protected] dated 7 Mar 09. I was promised that there will be no DNDC after45 days. More than 45 days have passed I am still being disturbed. I feel very upset when I am attending to important work or busy in a meeting. I went to the office of the company in Phase III B 2, but the persons did not listen to me. I spoke to their nodal officer on 2 Jul 09 who promised to take action. Again on 16 Jul 09, I spoke to their Nodal Officer Tele No [protected] who promised that the calls will be stopped within couple of days. Still I am being disturbed. On 20 Jul 09 as a last resort I went to Company"s office on 20 Jul 09. The complaint was registered. I am stilll being harassed. My second complaint with this Company is that whenever I dial Reliance Prep[aid Mobile No [protected] and the reliance telephone does not answer, the call should be treated as miss call". However, the amount is deducted from me. The reply given was that there must be some voice mail service in Reliance telephone. This plea is not correct as the Reliance telephone i pre-paid service. CDMA is not supporting voice mail service..

SIR.I HAD RESISTERED MY NUMBER IN NDND SERVICE OF AIRTEL ON 06/08/2008.MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS "W[protected]".ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE I MUST NOT GET ANY POMOTIONAL CALL'S.BUT IT'S SADINFORM THAT,I M RECEIVING TOO MUCH CALL.SO,HEREBY WANT COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS SITUATION.PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.IT'S MY KIND REQUEST TO YOU.

hi, i'm really upset with the services of airtel, seems that they don't bother about their customer satisfaction. i had activated my DNd services about 4-5 months back, through the mobile phone and as well as the internet. but the irony is this, that i still recieve message from various advertisment companies every now nd then. sometimes late at nite which really disturbs me .
Now , i have made several complaints but i have no respite. every time they furnish me a complaint no: which is of no use. Lately they have barred my call, for the bill. now thats very rude, first you don't provide the services properly and top of that you make the life of the coustomer more miserable. the point of matter is ,and a very generic question , would you be willing to pay for a defective product services that you have availed for?
