[Resolved] Airtel — Harrasment from Airtel Showrooms | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have baught a new Nokia C3 Moble from Daksh computer Sec.11 Panchkula,Haryana. I have taken a new Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) from same on dated 12.10.2010. ( With scheme 6 months 2 GB internet free ). I have submtted all documents. I was using this connection from the date of purchasing. I have also recharged it for Rs300. I have recieved a massage from Airtel customer care that your form is incomplete(not available)Pls. deposit. your form with ID proof & recent photograph at nearest Airtel showroom. They disconnect my phone services with this massage. After that I went their showroom in Sector 35C, Chandigarh. They had said to take the documents. They asked me We cant take this. Pls. go to your local showroom. Then I went the Airtel showroom lying in Dera Bassi. They also refused for the same & suggest me to go in Jirakpur Showroom. They also refused. I asked to them then where I have to go. They again said me to go Chandigarh sec35 or sec 32. After that I was harrased . After this I contavt the retailer shopkeeper & he had taken my documents . This is totaly harrasment for 5 to 6 days for me. Untill my servicers are disconnect. Pls. take the neccesary action for poor services by the company. Dear Sir,one year back i got airtel CUG connection through one of my friend who is a dealer in Airtel Tirupur. but due to the poor services i disconnected all the line in the next 3 months. i settled the amount to the Airtel Executive who came to collect the payment. he promised that there is no outstanding payment pending. but after one year, 2 collection executives came from airtel Coimbatore and saying that we have payment pending in all the numbers. they are showing many new numbers which we havent used anytime. this shows the poor way of services in Airtel and it was ONLY the negligence of AIRTEL failing to cancel the lines and trying to collect the money from the customers.
