AirTel — deduct money from balance
HI,It is a said to say that the facility that the telecommunication providing is not for out benefir but its like a punishment for us that we are using mobiles.
the companies i do not why deducting the amount as whenever they are in mood when we call to customer service people the say that you had applied for this service.
why we do apply when we apply we dont know.this happens regurarly as we do have more than balance of Rs 50.and block the number as we call them regulary that why you deduct the amount from the balance.
Please do the needful As soon as possible.

I am Using AIRTEL number and they deduct my balance.I am using airtel gprs last 5 to 6 months but today 4 oct,2011 they deduct my balance 44rs. when i called the customer care they said me your charges has deduct for using GPRS. But i recharged my internet pack of 98rs and last date of my pack 6th-oct,2011.Yet i have 10 mb left before deduction.
I used internet on my pc atleast 10-15 minutes only i opened normal small sites like google,facebook,yahoo and gmail after that when i disconnect the internet, message was show that you have used 50mb and also you have free space of 0.9mb left.
I want to know that if i used 50mb so how to show 0.9mb left. I tell you one thing i am using internet last 2 years but doesn't happened like this with any company.
I am using only some small sites and they said me you have used 50mb it is like a joke.It is not POSSIBLE.
I hardly request you please solve my problem as soon as possible and help me to returned my balance 44rs.

Dear Sir,
This is to kindly inform you that, yesterday my wife(shazia) had a call from Airtel Customer Care regarding hellotune plan... they told that there are lot of plan i.e. yearly, half yearly.. and for 3 month etc... but she said No No No and No.. I dont want any such scheme right now... and then suddenly the call was disconnected by them and after few seconds she received a SMS thanks for subscribing for hellotunes... then she called at customer care and told all the things... but representative/operator (Manu) told to her... that, after your go ahead only hellotune is started on your phone... but shazia told that there was no confirmation from my side... and requested to remove my hellotune and refund my account balance. Manu told to her it is impossible... consequently shazia asked to change the hellotune song since it was not good enough to be kept as dialer tone. .. Shazia changed her hellotune song since she felt very helpless because the amount was already deducted and they were not ready to refund. Her mobile number is [protected].

i already complain here before 5 hours but my complain deleted now...what is this..? my balance about 24rs deducted and when i complainabout that then CCe said that you have used internet at late night, between 2-3AM. but how is possible because i have swiched off my mobile at 11 pm. rupees jugaad ka naya tarika... jab mann ho jitna marzi paise nikal liya ..baap ka paisa hai ka re ..bose-D -ke

checked my main
balance become rs 7.50 paisa .I want to know
why is my

since i use airtel live on 18 june 2009, after that my balance is deducting...
always after 3-4 days i recieve a message that u subscribe this...so u have charged Rs15.
i complaint so many times but no sol. by your customer care members...
they always said, now all packs are stoped, and after that no will balance will deduct.
till i have charged more than rs.90 ...
now plz help me sir & gave back us our valuable balace, if not we dont use airtel sim...
hope you will take immediate step for this...
