AirTel — deductions from balance

i am using airtel lifetime no.[protected]. the service provider often deduct more amount for gprs charges. complaints were lodged with trai & the service provider but of no use. airtel did not reply or very often they used to reply 'our system is down now, contect later' the best way to escape liability. common people do not take pains to ledge the complaint for just 11.99/-. but if this problem is caused with 5-4 coror people then imagin how easily the service provider earned corors of rupees illegally causing loss to others. i am not sure that even this ettempt will bear any fruit. lets hope that some will come out of it.

AirTel — Deduction of balance

I am receiving messages from No 64611010 without giving any option. My mobile is not activating unless I open the message.
If I try for delation it is not deleating. I have not opted for and advatisment also. Without our option how it is happing.
My balance amount is deducting automitacly without making calls.

i am using airtel no.[protected]. the service provider often deduct more amount from my prepaid balance. i want to convert my this mobile into billing and also want to know why my so much of balance gets deducted. one more thing i doubt is that everyday i am geting so many cricket information on my mobile. i think service provider has wrongly alerted cricket alerts to my mobile no and thats why this more amts getting deducted from my prepaid balance so please stop all cricket alerts on & from my cell no [protected] immediately. otherwise i am going to quit ur service of Airtel. I dont want any cricket massages alerts on my cell no. immidiately so please stop it and feel me free to use this no

i heared that AIRTEL is a very good mobile company. but they are deducting my balance and said that u have downloading from airtel live but it is totally wrong. one week ago they have done samething but at that time the balance is refunded.now they have refused to refund. i am very upset with the work they have done. mobile no [protected]

AirTel — Deduct the balance

Dear Sir/Madam,
My mobile no. is [protected] (pre paid) of Airtel company. My balance was deducting by Re. 1 daily from almost 35 days, I dont know why, on 21/01/11 I called to custmer care then I come to know that the Mobile Bazar Service is activated in my mobile, but I don't know about this, Please refund my Balance. It is not my fault. The Airtel starts any of service without intimate any customer. Please refund my deducted amount.

i shashi shankar srivavstava.my phone no. is[protected].my STV was 50 paise per min.bt it deducting 60 paise per min from today evening.
when i call the customer care executive then he disconnect the line and also he deduct 50 paise from my main blnc.plz solve my problem.

This is sumantra once again.....
now once again airtel started duducting my balance from yesterday, sending unnecessary message of choosing RELATIONSHIP MATRIMONY TIPS. I just want to know what had happened to these BULLS..Don't they understand that I don't don'tdon't don't want any scheme in my phone connection. I hav couple of complaints prior to this one regarding unnecessary duduction of balance. don,t they have brain or all the BULLS have chosen BHARTI AIRTEL as there shelter.

PLZ look into the issue..

Myself MAYUR PATEL and i want to submit a complain about my deduction of 80 and 60 rupees.
And when i talk to custemer care they were not replying properly about my deduction.
