i m having a mobile connection number [protected].........i had balance in my account arnd...105 yesterday(11th march 2013) and in morning i recived a messege ..interent pack has been renewed on your airtel mobile and u have been charged with rs 98.enjoy 650 mb browsing for 21 days.. though i already had net pack on my number recharged on[protected] at 12.11pm mrp 126rs tax 13.86.transaction id [protected]..validity 30 days benefit 1gb 2g data now they r not giving any fruitful response and not returning my money when contacted they r saying system is being updated contact after 4 hrs and everytime they charge me 1-2 rs while keeping me hold on plz look into the matter thanx and regards adnan nazir Was this information helpful? | |||

there has been a constant deduction of money on my number for no reason, subscription of services without my permission and much more
i am a prepaid customer. without subscribing to any service i was deducted charges of rs 30 from my card. i have never subscribed or asked for any of their services.
Am an airtel customer for the past 2-years and i got a pre paid connection. the connection very poor most of the time..either it gets cut off during a call or never gets connected. Yesrday(14/02/09) i wanted to make a missed call to kuwait in the morning. This is regarding the nefarious business practice of Airtel Prepaid in
Orissa Circle.
The Operator seems to activate various "Plans" without any information
to the subscriber, and then deduct the amount from the prepaid
balance.
If the customer complains to the Customer care, they say "You have
activated such and such plans hence the amount was deducted", which is
clearly false. Sometimes the deducted amount is credited back, but
most frequently it is not so.
In my case, on 9th June 2009, between 04:57 PM and 8:30 PM four services
were activated on Mobile- [protected] automatically, without my
knowledge or intervention or anything. The services are
1. WORD_PACK
2. JUMAANI_WAP
3. CRICKET SUB PACK
4. SAIBABA_PACK
An amount of Rs 120 was deducted.
When I complained to the customer care, they tried to dodge my
questions, but after a lot of haggling, they finally reverted the
money.
Also, on 2nd July, my WAP services have automatically been "upgraded"
and Rs 10 has been deducted every DAY, again without my knowledge or
intervention. When I noticed the deduction, I asked the customer care.
Again they tried to placate me by saying "You have subscribed to such
and such plans" . Again they have reverted Rs 10 + 70 = 80 (Eight day's charge).
So you may kindly direct the Operator to desist from such nefarious
business practices.

Thereafter I call them in 8:00 AM on 24th April, 2008 and then they call me that they have not received the feedback of the system and I shall call them after 5-6 hours. I call them again at about 7:30 PM. That time they give me a complaint number and told me that they will take action and intimate me within 48 hours.
I call them again at 28th April, 2008 but they have after receiving information regarding deduction of amount cut the call. I have tried continuously. On the 4th attempt I talk the Airtel Customer Care Executive and they assure me that they will refund back my amount on 29th April, 2008.
Again I wait and again they people not complete their promise. When I call them today i.e. 01.05.2008 they said that the deduction of amount is our fault.
The service of Airtel is becoming very bad in the last couple of years. I am ready very upset and we have used 3 prepaid and 2 postpaid connection of Airtel and I have facing the problem in all the connection.
