Airtel — Deductions for free services

I bought new HTC One X phone i called to get the free services activated which i recieved with the phone. nobody was aware of these services. adviso asked me to hold so that he can confirm about this offer. he came back on the call and sd it is ok he will send me the settings for the internet and once i save it i will have to restart my phone. when advisor realised that the setting for this phone is not available he sd that we will have to manually update the settings. once i did it he asked me to restart my phone and start using the services. i did the same and started using the services i did few downloads because i had about 200 mb free to download. when i realised i found that Airtel deducted about 250 rs from my account and when i tried to contact them i had alot of trouble. when i tried to explain that i am calling regarding a complaint my call gets disconnected. i tried alot of times however i left the scope also ther was another free services which was Mobile Tv for which airtel charged me 150rs i was surprise about this that the first problem is not resolved and here comes the second one, the best part is that it did not work even for a day. therefore i called airtel to take help the first advisor sd there is no problem from our end he sd he has fixed something and asked me to restart the phone. i disconnected the call and restarted the phone however the problem was still not resolved. i called back the second advisor sd please call toll free 54321. i got irate because 54321 is a self service number then i asked to raise a complaint i was told that i will recieve a call regarding this issue instead i recieved a meesage on the next working day stating that my mobile tv services has been deactivated and i was surprised. i called back and informed about the same i was surprised what is happening again i had to make 2 calls because after speaking to the advisors my call was getting disconnected. when i got connected to the 3rd person i directly asked for the supervisor when i informed him about this i was happy listening to this that he is aware about these services however he sd i was never told that these services were activated and he atarted arguing. i informed that i need my charges refunded he sd cant do it and he gave me his Nortel office number for Mrs Jaiswal. trust me people this numebr never works i have tried this number about 100 times. therefore i have to write this complaint.
