[Resolved] Airtel Delhi — my money detect, but customer care No response | |||
Dear concerned, You know how they say, an Indian doesn't respect other fellow Indian, which by the way I hate the most, is sort of proved and followed by you Airtel employees. I had opted to topup with Rs 199 recharge with an intension to get unlimited 2g internet for a month or so. Well, i paid full; and it seems your company, as your default way is - to suck people's money efficiently and without delay, didn't provide me with unlimited data usage. Instead it keeps me reminding as to how much my data balance is ( currently around 380MB). Which also suggests that in around three to four days I might be charged for data usage. Well, apart from that, my balance is been deducted for some reasona which are unkown to my knowledge. All in all, when i tried talking to your customer care executive, i got nothing; because he had the reason to put "system isnt showing any details try after 2hours". Now when i do that, i m not able to connecy for like 15 times as of now. You know it is a shame how a customer is treated by an Indian firm. No wonder Vodafone customers are happy and not Airtel. Airtel is really a fraud company.. today when i strictly use fewords for him then they deleted me from Airtel Presence..that means they are not able to solve any problem if a consumer facing really.. i have given two numbers [protected] / [protected] but i didn`t get call from him. and when i reply as angry person then they block my account.. what is this? so you can think what types of problem there
if they want star for service then i given 5*, see and happy that u r the best consumer service provider...hahaha

Dear sir,Good morning In my moblie No call for customer care to talk but i cant reach a designation About a Intenet activation automatically load in mobile when reach a Chennai City. But not in My native so we want to stop this GPRS activate didnt get customer care in Airtel.
I reach a chennai city it can automatically active on mobile and money totally gone.so rectifier this problem occur
