Recording from Mobile not working with Airtel DVR connection Hi, I purchased normal Airtel digital TV connection sometime around March, 2010. Customer ID: [protected]. Location: Bangalore. Around May 1st week-2010, I upgraded to Airtel DVR (Recorder) connection. As of now, I only have 1 connection and that of Airtel DVR. I'm successfully able to record programs from set top box. However, I'm unable to record any channel from my mobile. I was successfully able to download the mobile application, login using my credentials. I'm also able to see list of channels. However, when I select the option to 'Record' any channel, I always get a message: "Please upgrade to Airtel Digital Recorder to enable recording". It seems that somewhere on the account, it thinks that I do not own a recorder. I've opened up several Service Request for this issue and Airtel just resolves it in 2 days without even checking with me. It seems that the representatives are more interested in the number of cases resolved within a timeline rather than actually resolving the case. I spoke to Mary also who is floor manager here in Bangalore, but still no resolution. I can be reached directly at [protected] for any queries. there is going to be no response from airtel dth you will have to file case in consumer court in following format I too had the same problem and am filing the case shortly my cus id is [protected] and my no is [protected] call me and take help free of cost .

Airtel digital TV connection — non working of digital tv
our digital tv is not working since 1800 hrs today.we tried to contact office ph.no.43215357 several times.One Mr AMIT picks up the phone and says I AM HOME and disconnects the phone.We tried to contact ph no.[protected] without any success.Then we sent SMS at [protected] and got the response that complaint will be attended soon.We called the call centre at [protected] and after waiting for quite some time,we were told that the complaint has been registered and it will be attended to, by tomorrow.
Is it the kind of service that Airtel(a renowned company otherwise) is providing to its customers and is it the type of response ,we get,from airtel executives,when we try to contact them.

Airtel DTH — connection not working
I have an airtel dth which has not been working for the last ten days.Inspite of repeated reminders to customer care and nodal office nothing has been done.I have sent mails to nodal as well as customer care.Customer care call centre is ineffective and very difficult to get through.
