Airtel Digital TV — Duplication in billing | |||
My subscriber id is [protected].I recharged my Airtel Digital TV accout with icici netbanking option on 31st Dec 2011.The amount was 550.On completion of transaction I was redirected to an error page where it showed that transaction unsuccessful due to technical reason.Then I made one more transaction of 550 with my SBI netbanking option.I got the same error messege again.Then after few minutes I opened my account and both the transaction amount is reflecting there where as during transaction it showed that transaction is unsuccessful. Now I want to cancel the second transaction and get the money back in my account as I did this just because of the error message.With the same request I called customer care and they are not ready to cancel the secod transaction and give money back!! This is because of their technical issue I tried recharging second time where as my requirement was only one time transaction.Please look into the issue so that I get money back for second transaction. By the way how long do u take to refund money.I just checked the FB page .For every request you have written same thing i.e. you are looking into it.Not a single post shows that you have really solved someones concern.I shall wait till next week and if I don't get the refund I shall escalate this to higher level!!
