Airtel Digital TV — Airtel TV connection failure

I'm honoured to say that I'm a customer of Airtel Digital TV for the last 4 months. (Customer ID is [protected]). Unfortunately for the past few days I don't get the connection and it says my Card is not authorised. But, i have taken the package South value plus malayaalam top up and I have recharged it with Rs 850 after the activation charge of 1750, which is for one year. I talked to your customer care exicutive on 18th July furnishing all the details and I was informed that it will be sorted out with in 48 hours and I would get uninterrupted service. But, the problem is still persisting and I want to get the problem solved as soon as possible.

I have faced a severe problem while recharging my account via credit card, many times I have tried it and after entering the amount >200/- It is redirecting me to customer care. I have faced the same problem via airtel website also for recharge.

Then I got a scrap cards then recharged. The requests which is raised by the customer care is NOT closed properly.

Even after recharging my account for Rs. 400/- I got shocked that I'm unable to see any channels, I called twice/thrice to customer care and they raised an complaint:850102 they told that your problem wil be resolved within two working days. After two working days the problem is still not resolved.

Again, called customer care twice and did all the troubleshooting steps what they asked me to do.

I GOT SHOCKED THAT MY EXISTING COMPLAINT (850102) HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS THE COMPLAINT IS NOT TRUE!! I'm still facing problem and I don't know what to do with and what to do further!!

I bring to your kind notice that I'am the owner of Airtel Digitel TV (ID [protected]) for the last 2.5 month. I'am sorry to point out it is not functioning properly the day it has been instaled. In this context I requested your authorised authourties on a number of ocasion. but my all efforts failed. Now I'am requesting your goodself to enter bene and readness my complaint at the earliest and put my TV in inorder. I'am sure you would do the needful at the earliest.
