I HAVE CHARGED MY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV, BUT THE SERVICES ARE NOT YET AVAILED BY THE DTH OPERATOR AND THE CURRENCY FROM MY ACCOUNT IS DEDUSTING DAY BY DAY. THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLD THAT THE SERVICES WILL START WITHIN 4 HOURS BUT NOW ABOUT 54 HOURS HAVE PASSED AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO AVAIL THE SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |||

INSTRUCTED MY YOUR AUTO ANSWER MACHINE .

My customer ID [protected] and STB ID: [protected]I have purchased this Set Top Box from a local vendor in T"nagar and after a great struggle the STB was installed about a week back. Now I am not getting any channels. My purchase / subscription is valid for one year. I get the remarks "RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT" on the TV. I am not able to understand / follow the instructions from the Customercare phone[protected]. I regret very much for having purchased this DTH. Can you possibly help me please ?
