I have purchased this Set Top Box from a local vendor in T"nagar and after a great struggle the STB was installed about a week back. Now I am not getting any channels. My purchase / subscription is valid for one year. I get the remarks "RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT" on the TV. I am not able to understand / follow the instructions from the Customercare phone[protected]. I regret very much for having purchased this DTH. Can you possibly help me please ? My phone No. is[protected]
Please depute your technical staff to attend to this situation. I am a senior citizen aged 75 and have developed mental tension after purchasing Airtel STB

my Customer ID: [protected] is recharged 5/4/2010.Still i am not able to receive the channel.Error code;6 is displaying on the screen.
Plz check my digital reciever.

Hello Customer care our digital tv telugu channels are expired we don't know what to do all channels are coming error can you please check it.
