[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Cheating of customers | |||
I have a digital TV HD connection ([protected]). I opted for the two new HD channel offered by Airtel i.e. Discovery HD (Ch-338) and movies now HD (Ch-198). The costomer care told me that I shall have to migrate to a new Satellite and so the alignment of the dish has to be changed. After almost one week and repeated requests, instead of sending anyone to change the alignment, they have now promptly migrated my connection to second satellite and no channel is now available now. Its been 2 days since they have been giving false assurances. The local airtel care centre is demaning money for this migration. Why should the customer suffer (RS 200) for the decision of the company to change the satellite?? This is absolute cheating by Airtel to deny the customer of the services and charge them for it. I have a digital TV HD connection ([protected]. I am lost our due to signal lock and gave complain, it seems they are sueing my account and AIR TEL DIGITAL TV really cheating.
