[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — HD AUDIO PROBLEM | |||
I have an Airtel HD connection . For the past 10 days , I am facing serious audio problems. Picture is coming but sound is not coming. After switching off the airtel set top box 6 to 7 times, the sound again comes. For the cause, I have logged complains 3 times to customer care with the following complain nos.: 1. 10877992. 2. 10786950. 3. No. forgotten. The customer care executives ensured to send engineers for me , but all have bluffed like anything. One customer care executive advised me to talk to one dealer named , V.R. Enterprises, Barbil, Orissa. I went to their office 02 times , but they are also not sending engineers to me . Now, I am fed up with this bussiness of following up for services. I need you intervention. If you are incapable of providing services,please let me know. I will throw out my airtel connection and will make a wide publicity of this vicious circle I went through with Airtel . Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing the same problem from today morning.i also called customer care, they told 150 will be charged for this.

select Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital Plus option... or else stereo in Settings->Audio->Preferred audio on HDMI... Surely will get it...

Hi,
I was also facing this issue. I resolved it without airtel help. Just take the power cable and HDMI cable of airtel setup box out and leave it for 30 seconds. Then after inserting again, let your smart TV scan the devices and make a new setup again. This worked for me.
