[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — HD AUDIO PROBLEM

I have an Airtel HD connection . For the past 10 days , I am facing serious audio problems. Picture is coming but sound is not coming.
After switching off the airtel set top box 6 to 7 times, the sound again comes.

For the cause, I have logged complains 3 times to customer care with the following complain nos.:

1. 10877992.

2. 10786950.

3. No. forgotten.

The customer care executives ensured to send engineers for me , but all have bluffed like anything.
One customer care executive advised me to talk to one dealer named , V.R. Enterprises, Barbil, Orissa.
I went to their office 02 times , but they are also not sending engineers to me .

Now, I am fed up with this bussiness of following up for services.
I need you intervention.
If you are incapable of providing services,please let me know.
I will throw out my airtel connection and will make a wide publicity of this vicious circle I went through with Airtel .
