Shifting of PRI line

On 21st July, we had filed a request via email to shift a PRI line to a new office address. The request number is 1444314. As of today, 21 days have passed, and there is no resolution to the problem. Occasionally we would get a call from someone and it was heartening, but that call led to no progress, and...

Hi,

This is Rajat using airtel mobile number [protected] post paid connection for above 10 months. I have activated airtel 3G on 18th of July Rs.100 for 100MB and deactivated the same on 31th of July but i realized airtel charging extra MB’s against that I have used.

I called customer care and they told “we can’t do anything”

From Airtel I received this message on 25th of July.

"Your 3G data usage as on 24th July is 16MB which is 27% of your total available free usage. If you wish to upgrade your pack, SMS 3G to 121."

And they have charged for 42MB’s which I have not used...

Yes, I have query should you people have common sense to distinguish what is wrong and what is right.
I believe you didn't do homework before replying because if you cross checked the 3G data usage messages that sent via SMS at regular intervals with the data usage calculated in bill then you would definitely found the huge difference.

I think here you are accepting that any Airtel communication via SMS is just a way to make people fool !!!

This is pre-intimation that I'm not going to pay a single paisa of fake bill.

    Sir i have purchased airtel preepaid sim bearing no.[protected] from Ananta R.B.Associates,Airtel Express Outlet,G-1,Ganpati Tower,Vashali Nagar ,Jaipur,Ph.[protected] on dtd 08.08.2011.they have charged rs.200/- and told me that you will get Rs.60/- talk value. I asked them that you are charging Rs.140/- for the sim which is on very higher side as into my knowledge sim is costing only Rs.25/-approx,but they told me that this is companies price. i asked them to give me the bill for the same ,but they also refuse to give the bill of the company and give me receipt of Rs.200/- which has no registration number.they insure me that sim will activate after few hours. Sir till dt.11.08.2011 my sim is not activated. although I personaly visited there shop on dtd.09.08.2011 and launched the complaint that the sim is not activated,they ensured that it will definately starts in the evening but all in vain.Sir i call them more then ten to fifteen times to activate my sim ,but no action has been taken by them except saying it will activate with in few hours.Sir your goodself is requisting to look into the matter and take necessary action as per rules againt them.Looking forwered for favourable Justice.Thanking you.

    Sir after four days i contected Ananta R.B Associates at their Ph no.[protected] that my sim is not yet activated. firstly they asked that your incomming is now activated you can check it, but when i checked it was not activated. Then i call them and told them that it is not working. They asked me that you may recharged the phone atleast Rs10/- then it will started. I told them that you said to me that there is a balance of Rs60/-in it, then why i recharged it. Then they asked me to wait for another few hours. sir then i called them in the evening and they told me that your form is rejected due to over writing.Sir at the time of issuing me preepaid sim no [protected] they took my signatures on the form with my photograph and tell me that they wil do all the other formalities like filling up the form at their end. Sir i fail to understand why they are harrising the coustomers like this.

      I paid my outstanding Airtel mobile bill (details are given below) for the month of jun 2011 on
      01 Jul2011 but it was not credited against my mobile bill and outstanding reflected in the month of bill of
      Jul 2011 then i registered a complaint with airtel vide no 38560619 dated 19 Jul 2011 and after that i got conformation that you have to pay the amount for this month only and your payment of 01 Jul 2011 will be refleted in next bill but in this month bill also still outstanding is reflected and i am getting daily two three calls from airtel customercare and i am giving all the details of payment, they will tell me that we will register a complaint but still i have not got any response

      Airtel - post paid — Billing of mobile wrong- company doing fraud with consumer

      I am sourabh vishwakarma. I took airtel post paid about 1.5 year ago. at that time my postpaid plan was home india 149. for this i paid 1000 Rs. but this plan not suit to me hence i switched to other plan 444 in December 2007. in this plan company provides 444 minutes(7hrs 40 min.) local plus STD calls free and also 444 local SMS free for every month against 444 rupee as rental . but when i recieved the bill i was shocked because it was very high amount then earlier.
      My total uses for this month is 7hrs33 min. and as per policy i didn't get full dissount. even in bill this is wrote that i have got 444 minute's local plus std's call free. but this bill not matched as per bill plan. on discussion with their customer care they are not providing the answer and confussed me. now i want to apeal againt this bill to consumer forum.

      i want to know my amount due in my airtel postpaid bill for months august and septemeber

      Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Connection — Fraud Connection and mental disturbance

      1. Issuing Fraud Mobile number by giving wrong information- Even after repeatedly telling and confirming Airtel executive Mr.Ganesh from Vega Center Pune issued me a fraud Add-On number.
      After the first bill it was agreed by Airtel relationship center in Chinchwad that the number issued was wrong and fraud.
      Still i used to pay the bill regularly without enjoying the benefits of the Add-ON card.
      After payingthe bill also Airtel executives used to call eveyday day for many times asking to pay bill disturbing the whole day.
      Finally i discontinued the service.
      After this they used to take out number from my dialing history and call them and used to disturb them and tell them that there is courier for me.
      PLs help i m tired of Airtel and fed up of this calls with no mistake of mine.
      I am not able express myself more in words, pls contact me on [protected] i[censored] really want to hellp me.

      Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Connection — 3G Charges/Usage Disparity

      This is in regards to my bill dated 21 June 2011, Airtel Number [protected], Relation Number[protected], Bill Number[protected].

      This bill shows my internet usage as 250Mb, where in have a free usage o[censored]pto 100Mb.

      I receive regular SMSs from Airtel regarding the usage. Hence I make sure that I do not cross the 100Mb limit to avoid any additional charge on the usage, Though I have not crossed the 100Mb mark yet, till this month that is.

      I have not received any intimation(SMS) stating that I have exceeded or atleast a message stating that I have touched the 100Mb mark.
      On the contrary, I have 3 SMSs on 13th, 14th, 15th stating that I have used 94Mb or 94% of my free usage.
      And none after that.
      As there was only 4 days for the bill to be generated, I did not mind even if I crossed the 100Mb mark as it would not have been by a great deal.

      But the usage of 250Mb is quite a surprise as my previous records have never touched 100Mb.

      When I called Customer care, one of the agents informed me that I crossed the 100Mb mark on 15th. So it is interesting to know that I used 150 Mb in the last 4-5 days.
      The only use of 3G is to read RSS feeds, Check gmail and visit 3-4 websites a day. And I do not see how that should/would increase my usage to such numbers.
      I have wireless connection at home for any heavy download (if any).

      More over, my contention is that I was not notified that I have crossed the 100Mb mark, rather mislead-ed into thinking that I have not.
      Now it is the wrong information passed you Airtel's side that has caused us to be in a situation we are in.
      If I was notified about the correct usage by SMS, I would have stopped the 3G on my phone, then wait for 19th (when the bill is generated) and then enable 3G back again.
      As it was Airtel which sent me wrong usage information about my usage, I refuse to pay the 3G charges.
      It is not my mistake that I was lead into thinking that I have not crossed 100Mb mark.


      I have had this connection for 5 years and generally have had good service, except this year, since Mobile Number Portability has come into use.
      There had been issues with Billing all along this year.
      With charges that weren't supposed to be there.
      SMS plans that I had disabled, were being billed, 3G plan getting deactivated in the middle of the month.


      I have spoken to Customer Care who have promised a call back from concerned team/manager regarding the issue, but have only call from sales asking me for an upgrade of plan.
      I do not mind paying for services I have used, but not for services I have not.

        Hi,

        When I have sent an sms to 1900 for PORTing Unique code I got a call from customer support engineer for asking the reason and then he offered me a trial package which should charge 1ps/2sec and he asked me to cancel the PORT immediately.

        Then I cancelled the PORT after that they started charging me 1.2ps/sec where as earlier I was charged only 1ps/1sec. Instead of charging 1ps/2sec they started charging 1.2ps/1sec. Regarding this I have called 121 Customer support many times but they responded very badly to me and even after recharging Rs 27/- for 1ps/1sec my balance is being deducted 1.2ps/1sec.

        This is really disgusting...

        The Airtel Customer Support ppl have become very rude to customers and AIRTEL is cheating its customers by charging wrongly.

        I have been with Airtel network for the last 8 Yrs.

        But now I really HATE Airtel..

          I have got IPTV connection from airtel 3-4 months back by paying 1799. Since then my broadband and IPTV services were very unreliable as it disconnects at any time. I had raised many service requests(at least 7-8) for same during this period. Since the problem was not persistent, they sometimes changed wire, but, I continued to face this problem.
          finally last week my router(provided by airtel) has given up and not working at all. When I asked them to replace it, they said that I needed to buy new one as airtel has changed policy of replacing modem from July 22nd!!

          Can you believe it? I have purchaged new router(DLINK) for 2500/- and was able to configure with internet but not with IPTV, thus I called CC and they told this router is not supported for IPTV and i have to buy the same router(BINATONE)!!! .. now this router is not available in market. What should I do it now?

          This is very frustrating that once upon a time Airtel was superb in Broadband market .. .now they are just loosing because of worst customer service.

          Have been customer of airtel for more than 3 years... this is first time I am seeing such pathetic service. :(

          Airtel — Airtel Broadband and IPTV not working for last 1 month

          hi ,

          I would like to bring in light the poor service provided by Airtel , I took Airtel's broadband and IPTV connection in Decemeber-2011 . Immediately after that , from January onwards , the connection started giving problem , I raised a request for the same through 121 ,

          A executive visit was arranged and he informed me that the connection cables , which was plugged in by the airtel person who came , for installation were incorrect .

          Later my complaint was marked as closed . From 15 May 2012 onwards again I started facing problem , internet and dsl , were going down intermittently .

          Till now I must have called the 121 more than 20 times . Each time they raise a new request , which is closed by their executive without even informing or cross checking whether the problem is resolved or not .

          I am so fed up with their poor service and lack of knowledge of their executive that i am planning to cut my connection .

          Really Really awful service and mental torture for Airtel Clients .
          I would suggest all the people not to opt for Airtel Broadband and IPTV ever, as its sheer waste of money and their service is hopeless .

              My name is H P Singh & my Mobile No. is [protected].In the month of July 11,co.Airtel activated 2 services ( 1.Hello Tunes 2.Khel Khel Mein ) without my consent & deducted Rs60/-( 30 each ) from my prepaid balance,however i manage to de-activate both the services within 4-5 days.Now i want to know how can i get back my money ? I also want to know how can Airtel do this without taking the consent & deduct the money from customer's account,does Airtel got the license of Pick-Pocketing,isn't it shameful.

                I am using AIRTEL Broadband/ Landline No. 405544. Since yesterday I am trying to make Dynamic lock to restrict unwanted STD outgoing calls. But, each time i am hearing that the code is not correct. What is the problem. I am even taken help from customercare and followed all steps as per advice but I did not succeeded. Please help.

                  Airtel gave me old WIFI modem for 1500/- saying Airtel is responsible in case it any need repair or if its not working. Now when its not working they are saying they changed there policies 2 weeks back that if your modem is not working I need to contract there local vendor for that and Airtel will not repair that. I am always calling customer care to disconnect my number but they always convince me that ma'am we will rectify your problem please don't disconnect your number. But no resolution at all. Generally I have seen whatever new policy comes it is for new customers... not for old customers as they were promised something else when they applied for the connection. But Airtel is useless... Horrible connection & horrible customer care.
                  Please help me in either resolving my broadband connection or closing my connection. They are not doing any of this.

                    I went to Airtel outlet and submitted all docuements requested in front of executeive
                    He agreed also still my sim is not yet activated also I have paid 111 Rs for SIM activation and plan and
                    executive cheated me .. he has given me Bill of 111 Rs of some other date .. unfortunately i realized it later
                    My Airtel number is : [protected] (still inactive)

                    Also executive has given his number on bill which is not working his name is Pradeep (might be fake name)

                    So In short I lost 111 Rs and sim is still not active that too in Airtel Relationship center.

                    I am Airtel postpaid customer as well. Sorry for being harsh because of one person you can't judge entire
                    office environment.

                    This shouldn't have happened. If you submit all documents and fill up a form in front of executive and he only verifies all documents.. then also sim does not get activate.. really felt annoying :(

                      My Airtel DTH customer ID is [protected] and I am using it since last year. I am continously getting error code B001 and whenever I am talkinging to customer care they are taking it very lightly and just telling that due to weather condition I have to face this problem and they cant help me.

                      Today since afternoon there is no signal. Its relly frustating. Last year they had replaced our new set top box with old one due to some damage in new one, and after that this problem is coming each alternate day.
                      Dear Customer Care,

                      My problem was not resolved and I got fake sms that my problem was solved. As I got information from your customer care that if I have any problem in my stb they will replace it and charge me 400Rs. But why should I pay for problem in old STB? Airtel DTH is making fool to their customers.

                        I regret to inform that the services offered by airtel are not as per expectation.
                        I had applied for a new connection on 25/07/11 with Mr. Basudeb Adhikari, from Salt Lake, Kolkata - 64 branch, but till today 10/08/11 the said connection has not been installed in my premises.

                        I was also not provided with any application number to track the status of my request.
                        After continous followup with Mr. Basudeb and his superior Mr. Rajeev it was assured that the connection will be installed immediately, still the Airtel team is asking for more time.

                        In this competive industry if this is the service available with Airtel, then I am sorry I am not interested in taking up the connection and will find other operators to help me out with the services.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I enrolled for Airtel IPTV Service on 01 Jan 2011 (Kalasipalyam New Extn, Bangalore). I have Broadband and IPTV connection over i a single line with Airtel IPTV

                          For the installation of service, I’ve paid Rs.1750/- as installation charge with a monthly pack of Rs.999 per month which includes unlimited broadband at 512kbps speed and IPTV connection. From the day i have added IPTV Connection to my broadband package, i had the most unbearable experience with the company. Since IPTV is new to Bangalore, there are no proper representative to give you exact information about the product.

                          Few days(third week of Jan) after the connection, on my TV i got a message stating that the system is rebooting the software please wait. It took around 3 hours but my TV didnt work, at all i had to switch off the TV because of which the IPTV stopped working. The set top now needs a replacement and the representative took 7 days to replace the the box and the company provided no credit because loss of service for 7 days. If the service was launched recently, I fail to understand the need for a server upgrade. Why has the service been commercial when the basic infrastructure is not ready to support the triple service.

                          After this, one day(first week of Feb 2011) i got a call from a airtel representative stating i would get a free webspace worth Rs.250/- a month since i m on the 999 package. I opted as it was free. But unfortunately i was charged 250/- on the forth coming bill.... i enquired about this and they said its not free.... i informed them of miscommunication and they waived off.... i told them to remove that feature..... To my astonishment, i had a charge of Rs.250/- for the next 2 consecutive months after informing to remove the feature.

                          I thought the problems ends and now i can peacefully watch IPTV but unfortunately no, on 8th Aug 2011 my set top box suddenly stops working.... I don't know what the reason was.... i called the customer care and they told the prob would get resolved in 12 hours which i knew is impossible and that was true non of the representative called to check the status....

                          Next day i called them back and a representative(Mr. Vinay - [protected]) was sent at 3pm on 9th aug 2011 when my mom was alone at home..... He didnt know what to do.... According to my mom, he just removed the wire and fixed it again.... even after informing him that the set top box was not working, he didnt even touched it.... After 2 hours of his rock and roll, he came to the conclusion that the set top box is not working.... he informed us that he will come the next day at 10 am (i.e. 10th Aug 2011) to replace it and went away.

                          The very next day i started calling him from 9.30am, this guy didn't receive the call. After 45 mins of continuous calling, he receives it and tells that he is in a meeting and will come after 3 hours.... i told him i wont be available after 3 hours please come before that and the answer was we dont meetings everyday and so i cant come.... I told to give the call to the manager otherwise i will log a complaint against and guess what would his answer go head!!!!

                          My family members are deprived of their entertainment needs as the TV is down.

                          The problems faced by any Airtel Customer can be:
                          1. Attitude of staff (No respect for customers)
                          2. False Promise
                          3. No proper knowledge with the employees (they don't know what are they doing)
                          4. Delay in technical services (Never on time resolution)
                          5. Mental torture
                          6. Agony

                          By subscribing to this Airtel service, I seem to have enrolled for agony, if nothing else.

                          I want Airtel to restore my service, confirm that the service will run uninterrupted as the whole communication gets affected with this service, refund me the installation amount and compensate me for the denial of services, false hope and false promises, non-functioning of TV and for the harassment, mental agony caused to me and my parents. (I want this to be given in writing)

                          Also, Airtel should be directed to put in a geographic redundant system so there are no further excuses like service upgrades the whole communication needs are affected by an untested system/service. Allowing such services on one pipe is catastrophic itself in nature and such services let Airtel monepolize and take the customer to ransom by not committing to restoration of services. No Telecommunication services should be allowed to run if the Operator cannot restore it in 2-3 hrs.
                          You people dont do anything that is why an employee has so much of grade that he didnt help me even after complaining against him... This is the kind of seriousness your company has taken against this complaint

                          Airtel is not respecting their own customer... I would suggest everyone to not to enter with airtel services... They have poor service, lack of knowlegde and no respect to customers.

                            I had an airtel landline connection on the 13th of july. And the outgoing calls has been barred since day 1. I had called up customer care executives numerous times and they kept saying that your complain will be forwarded. some even assured me that it will start working by afternoon, by tomorrow, within 12 hours etc etc. the complain Nos are1447358 and 1596914.

                            It is a huge loss to me as it is affecting my research work. Everytime i call up customer care, i am given different suggestions and i have been running from pillar to post. I would like to apply for damage cost. The land line connection number is[protected]. and finally i was told to write a mail at this e mail id.

                            Kindly solve the problem.

                                I have an airtel broadband connection and my broad band no is [protected], Yesterday i received a call from airtel and your executive gave information about billing. then i raised a querry regarding my bill plan, she said sir" ur current bill plan is 499 limited" . I informed to u r exe , "Madam I faced the same problem in the month of may 2011 after receiving my broadband bill and after dicussion with u r cust care exe (purroshattam) my all above amount after 499 + s.tax was waived off and he gave me the assurance regarding plan change (499 unlimited) on next bill cycle that is 23 or 24june 2011 this mistake arrived due to misunderstanding regarding the plan becoz limited and unlimited plan both are rentally same.

                                But ur executive didn't understood the problem and she told me that i will trnsfer ur call to my senior. Next senior person i attended was Mr. Manish then he told me some another story that" i have received a request of disconnection o[censored]r broadband services". i was surprised & i asked him Sir who told you about the disconnection reg broadband. He said from cust center. i told him that i didn't gave any application reg disconnection of my broadband after listening this he disconnected the phone without informing me further

                                I again called to ur call center and madam named Suman attendded the call and transfered my call to billing dept where i waited for someone to attend a call but nobody picked the phone total call dur. is 23 min but no result. My problem reg bill plan is as it is.

                                After that i called one o[censored]r broadband service executive Mr banerjee who is sitting at the local office (bhopal), on his no - ([protected]) he also disconnected the phone after listining the problem & gave me the assurance that he will call after 30 min or 1 hrs. but till now i did't receive any call.

                                Sir nobody tooked me seriously and u tell me if it is my mistake that i chosed ur companies services blind faithly. If you too are not able to understand my problem Then i can tell u in brief, my concern is that My bill Plan was not changed to unlimited 499 plan.which was being surely cofimed by ur executive ( puroshottam) and was to be changed on 23 june 2011

                                Airtel / Broadband — False Commitment from Call Center

                                Dear Sir,

                                We M/S Lavanya Enterprises has availed a BroadBand Connection from Bharti Airtel Ltd, bearing Land Line No[protected],
                                Initially we have availed a Monthly Plan of Rs 799/- Fixed Rental in which we were offered Fixed Rental and unlimited Net usage Free, In the month of March we have changed our Plan and get converted in Plan of Rs 499/- Monthly Rental which was Costiong much higher than the Previous Plan.

                                Again when we requested to change the Plan and convert it to the Previous of 799/- monthly Rental, It was explained that the Plan will be changed at the time of billing cycle which is 5th of every month and also as per the executive at call center said that the same will be changed in the month of May 2011 on 5th, Today when we called for the same just to confirm that the Plan is changed or Not, It was explained that it will changed in the Month of June 2011,

                                After explaining all the issue to the executive at Call centre, He reply that we cannot change the plan.and also not allowed me to talk to their HOD.
                                Request you kindly take action against the False commitment of Airtel Company.

                                  During the August First week some video service has been activated by Airtel service provider without my knowledge Regarding that i have contacted Airtel customer care where they where not trying to solve the problem instead they are blaming me that the service has been activated by me.meanwhile Rs.5 per day for five consecutive days totally 25 rupees has been deducted for the service that i have not used.

                                  After Various conversation with the airtel customer care they have deactivated the service but still the amount is getting deducted so i have complained again to the airtel customer care senior executive where they have deactivated the service and they have stated that they don't have any provision for refunding the amount beyond 2 days so they have only credited Rs.10 in my account and the remaining amount is lost for me.

                                  Even though i have registered with Do not disturb service in airtel i am getting advertisement push messages from airtel

                                  similarly whenever i am tying to contact airtel customer care during the problem they are not actually solving the problem instead they are trying to blame the customer and some times they make the customer not be able to contact customer care no from any mobile.


                                  Recently on 7th Aug 2011 for sending SMS they have deducted 48 rupees (for me 6000 SMS is free since iam using Rs.225 booster pack).Regarding i have contacted customer care where they stated that SMS is not free on 7th Aug 2011 due to Friendship day.Regarding this they haven't intimated anything about this to me even they haven't published any advertisement in prior like 6th Aug 2011.which is quiet unethical and they stated that they will not refund that amount and they where threatening that they will disconnect the call.

                                  Totally up to my knowledge i have lost more than 50 rupees due to the poor service provider.
                                  Regarding this issue nobody has communicated to me and this is not a fair justice for the problem this is how uyou close the issue without the knowledge of customer

                                    mujhe phone par kuch songs sunaye gaye, or unme se kisi bhi ek song ko apni hello tune select karne k liye options diye gaye.. main songs sunta raha..
                                    kuch 4 ya 5 songs sunane k baad phone apne aap hi cut ho gaya jab maine koi response nahi diya.
                                    Thodi hi der me mera balance 52 Rs. se 7 Rs. ho gaya.. or Meri hello tune automatically set ho gayi.

                                    Hadh to tab ho gayi jab maine customer care par call ki shikayat karne k liye..
                                    121 par call karne k baad customer care se baat karne k liye jab 9 press karte h to number doesn't exist bolkar phone cut kar dete hai.


                                    I want my money back ..And Aap log bhi try kar k dekh lijiye customer care ka no. nahi mil raha h .. na mere phone se or naa hi mere frnds k phone se.......

                                    PLZ RETURN MY MONEY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY SIM. CHECK YOUR RECORDS, MY NO. IS [protected] , aap logo ne bahut baar balance deduct kiya h or maine bahut baar shikayat ki h but ab bahut ho gaya now I am going to take a strict action against Airtel connection.

                                      Hi,

                                      Airtel has charged me INR 1615 for GPRS usage out of my total bill of INR 2191. I had activated the Airtel 98 plan which gives a consumer 2 GB of free data usage in June and I have a screenshot of the SMS sent to Airtel in this regard as well which I have emailed to Airtel. I had also spoken to their customer care for activation of this plan in June. In spite of this, Airtel has not resolved the issue and has gone ahead and suspended services to my phone. I have exchanged at least 12 emails with Airtel in this regard as well as 10 telephonic conversation with their customer care as well as their nodal officers.
                                      I am extremely dissatisfied with their issue resolution and the services provided by me to Airtel along with the amount of grievance I have been put through by Airtel for this one issue inspite of being a loyal Airtel customer for the past 3 years.

                                      Airtel Mobile — Dispute in Bill

                                      I have been your customer since 4 years. 3 months back i have change my bill plan from 450 prvilege to 199 CUG. as per your policy for bill plan change we need to clear all the outstanding against old plan.then my new plan will be activated. as per your policy i have cleared all the dues against my old plan.
                                      Still in my bill 917 Rs. is charged as a one time charges.
                                      I have submit the complent in call centre many time, means since 15 to 20 days back.
                                      And from two days back you have stoped my Outgoing calls.
                                      So, please do the needful as soon as possible.and start my cell.

                                      Airtel Post Paid — Billing dispute

                                      Sir,

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that my Airtel post paid mobile number [protected] which was suspended and disconnected by Airtel in Nov 2008. There was a dispute running on this number, for which I had lodged numerous complaints to their various departments, however failed to get it rectified. Now they have started sending me outstanding bills for it which was already paid off from my end at that point of time. Due to this misunderstanding, they have now blocked my another number with Airtel, demanding money with a lot of charges, and harassing me mentally. I have all complaint numbers with details and required evidence available, but they are not ready to talk on this. They said, they don’t have my account details available anymore.

                                      Kindly help.
