Hi There,

I have to work on VPN. And Internet is must for me because i work from home.

I have shifted from sector 61 to sector 52.

So for Shifting process i called Customer Care on 14th of July telling them about my problem to one of your Manager .

They told me that we are closing your connection for shifting & applying for shifting from 15th WITH HIGH PRIORITY.

My connection is closed from 15th and My instrument was shifted to my new address by your employee on 18 or 19th.

But after that just for making connection to line, noone had arrived.

i had called so many times to Customer care, and personally visited your Office in Noida. But only response i am getting now is our shifting process takes 22 days.

I am getting dumb response from AIRTEL Customer Care Service. I called your shifting manager of my area and his way of talking is so rude. I am not Happy at All being with Airtel now just because of behaviour.

Moreover my connections is not working from 23 days now and this is what you people call HIGH PRIORITY. Even your 22 days limit for shifting is also crossed now.

I am really disappointed with your guys.

My humble request to you to help me if possible because i am getting lots of problem without my connection now. And if you cannot help me then request you to please revoke my connection.

    Hello,

    I have been using Airtel sim card from last 5 years.
    I am very happy with my plan and service given by airtel.

    I am leaving in Airoli Sector 20 and Currently I have shifted in airoli itself (its just 200m away from previous apartmet) but in my apartmet there is no range for airtel sim.

    What would be the problem and Could you do something for this?

    I dont either want to change the no or switch to another Mobile Service Provider.

    I have complained about this problem 4 to 5 times but the coumpeny donot eork on my problem. The range is not comming in my house.

    I am Silo Joseph ,my number is [protected] and i am an airtel customer for the last four years.
    I still remember that in beginning days of my subscription with airtel for about for two years i had no issue with your service and thats the period when i suggested my company ( Centenial Sugical Sutures Ltd ,Mumbai ) your profile when they were looking for a corporate connection and now all over india we have almost 250 airtel cug plan
    In kerala there are 16 airtel plans for our company.Out of which almost all the connection is having issues with your signals and its a serious for us.We all as you know are in to marketing and we cant afford to loose any of our customer because of a silly reason like my mobile was not reachable
    I personally feel that something terribly has gone wrong with your technical department.I have reported my problem two years ago and registered my first complaint on 02/10/2009 and reference number is 28641471, the last complaint was registered on 02/07/2010 with reference number 32979941 and i am afraid that nobody has taken it up to fix the problem .
    I request you to take action immediately to rectify the problem or we will be forced to recommend our company to change all India CUG plan to another service provider.
    Hope that you will act upon the issue as early as possible .

    My Complient is that Airtel has a short range in my town. The tower is situated inside my town itself its just 700meters away from my house,but until now i am not recieving a single point signal from it when ever it detect for a network it shows the signal is currently provided from another tower which is 4-7 km away from our area .Sir i just want to know why the customer care neglect the complaint from our area ,even they have an running tower in our area itself. I and my area pepole had complaint it to Airtel customer care many times regarding this but they take it in a cool manner even not responding to us when they can resolve this problem

      I have an Airtel prepaid connection and my Cell no is +91 [protected]. I have never subscribed or activated the MMS services offered by airtel. However , for the past 4 weeks , MMS subscription charges of Rs 2 being deducted from my prepaid subscription every day. I am unable to stop this debit from Airtel.

      Everyday , I get a message that I have been debited Rs 2 on my prepaid connection for MMS subscription . I want Airtel to put a stop to this and refund me the money that they have been deducting for the past one month.

      Airtel has been charged me many a times for not activated and not informed service on their own and not providing refund for that

      they are even charging for customer support call

        I had filled up an application form for a new broadband connection at our present address---- G-901/902, Palm court complex, Link Road, Malad W, Mumbai in the name of my husband Mr. Sumit Maheshweri on 22nd August, 2011. The airtel agent told us that the connection will be installed and activated on 25th August, 2011. However when i called up the airtel number, the customer care person told me that the application form was submitted to the system on 28th August, 2011 and within 7 days after the form submission, the connection would be installed and activated. The installation was not done even afetr 7 days and since then we have been getting new complaint numbers from the customer care every day but work not done till date. I am fed up of the Airtel service. Is this the kind of service you provide????

        PLS LET ME KNOW WHEN WILL THE INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION BE DONE???? IF YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING TOO BUSY, THEN I CAN GET THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AS WELL, THAT'S THE LEAST I CAN DO.....

        I called up the Airtel Broadband customer care to get a new connection. The Execuitve did asked me all the details and said that you will recieve a call with in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I did again called customer care and asked what happened, he said it is in progress and you will be again contacted till tommorow evening. but now its almost a week and there is no iformation from there side.
        This is the customer service I am getting from Airtel, I donot know whom to contact and what is the excalation level.
        i have fill the caf form on 23may 2008 for aplying a broadband connenction and pay the nstallition charge. but anybody not come for connecting broadband till now 05/06/2008

        One Mr.maalikarjun, sr.officer, sales from Bharti airtel services ltd., madiwala, bangalore advertised and approached me that in my are airtel is providing broadband connection.He assured that broad band connection will be provided within 10days. On his assurance i have applied for broadband connection (Appl.no.BA 223401) on 4th march 2009 along with cheque fro Rs.1000/= and other necessary documents.When enquired after one week he started some excuses for not giving the connection as promised. On verification it was found that the cheque has bbe already produced to the bank and cleared on 6th march itself. When i want enqquire why still the connection has not been provided, he started avoiding the calls. Today, when cotacted the Bharti airtel office at Koramangala, bangalore (phone:[protected], I was shocked to learn that my application was rejected on technical ground that it is not feasable in our area. If so why did the sr. officer sales lied? Why my cheque was presented and encashed within 2 days of my submitting the application? It appears that the firm is cheating the people like this and collecting the money. Further, it seems that a refund order will be sent afetr 2 weekssince I contacted them. Is ther no way to punish this type of fraud?

        I have been trying to get in touch with the Airtel BB customer care in order to enquire about broadband. After making several calls at 4444121, all that I have got are assurances and request ids. A rep called up and told me that he would get back in touch after checking the feasibilty of the connection in my area. That was 4 days ago and I am still waiting for the call. Today, I called up again and was asked to wait for some more time!!

        Please let me know if I can expect anybody to call me up regarding this as I intend to get my connection done asap.

        Hi,

        I have been trying to get in touch with the Airtel BB customer care in order to enquire about broadband. After making several calls at 4444121, all that I have got are assurances. A rep called up and told me that he would get back in touch after checking the feasibilty of the connection in my area. That was 20 days ago and I am still waiting for the call. If i don't get ur call wid in 2 days i'm going to complaint against u to ur HOD and in customer cell...
        I registered for a broadband connection in Korattur area - 4th Street on 15th May 2010.
        The contact person was Premnath from Airtel - Ph [protected].
        He took 2000 Rs from me, and registered for a connection app no : CH989321.
        He told me it will take 2 days for the connection. I had waited for almost 3 weeks and I did not get a proper response nor any work was done for my connection.
        Later I contacted Airtel broadband customer care on 1st June and lodged a complaint - complaint number 3335618 to process my refund. They told me it will take 15 working days for the refund to be processed.
        After that they never contacted me regarding status. Today (10th June), I call them up and they say that they cannot provide me with a connection, and repeated the same information, when I asked them about status of refund, they told me that they can take a new request and get it processed. Second complaint number 33696716. Im not sure now when I will get my money back.

        I requested for a new connection with Airtel broadband. I gave my request form one and half months ago. The representatives from Airtel tells that connection limit is reached in my area. I'm residing in the below address
        No 27, Ganapathypuram first main road, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100. Mobile : [protected].
        Also there are three people in my street itself waiting for the connection from Airtel.
        Please let me know whether there is any procedure that needs to be followed to get the connection in this case. I'm not satisfied with any other service providers and I'm eagerly waiting for airtel connection in my house.
        Also let me know if there is any escalation procedure available with Airtel to escalate the request to higher management.

        I am from chennai K K Nagar, i too had the same problem of waiting 4 days after raising the request for new connection. Basically, i ahve used airtel and was out of station for some time hence disconnected the same, however the line from the airtel box into my home is still available and hanging inside my home. I raised request for airtel connection, none turned up for feasibility check. First of all, if you are giving connection to the same person why do your call centre people dont think there is no necessity on feasibility check? none turned up. I called up justdial to enquire on airtel usb modem and finally the call came from one of the sales guy of your's for bb conneciton. he came, he took all necessary details, committed as if he will provide it at the end of the day since there was no requirement for feasibility check. I gave 500 rs for installation charges and i am still waiting for the installation to happen. Why do you become so insane to keep customer waiting for your connection? u were the best in customer service. however, you have turned topsy turvy and giving false commitments and slipping delivery / installation time for the customer. Is this all about airtel customer service? The sales guy name is Augustin from one of your vendor around chennai ashok nagar.

        If you cant deliver, dont commit; If you commit, dont fail to deliver..

        I want aritel bb connection at the earliest, i had waited enough.

          I am an airtel customer since march 2011, my number is [protected].This is my pune number . I am fed up o[censored]nnecessary schemes activated on my number without my consent. Few months back they activated Tokkig on their own without infoming me and charged me RS 10 . After 3 days of arguing with the airtel customer care executive, they deactivated . again they activated the same after 10 days and chrged . i talk with CCE bt he is telling that its not wrong .they are doing right. and after that putted me on hold and cut the call after 30 min.it happend on 08/08/2011 at 1 pm.I want them to deactivate this alert and never activate such schemes without informing me. If they do so then I don't have any option but to use number portability system.

          AirTel — unnecessary messages and activation of schemes not asked for

          i have been receiving some messages telling me about some unneccessary schemes, without me subscribing to them the operator has put them on, on my number. i have encountered such problems more than once and to this effect i want to file a consumer complaint against the company as the people at their outlet are lousy and do not lend a helping hand at any point.
          i want that the issue be considered with serious thought or else i shall move on to filing an public interest litigation against the company

          One of the biggest blunders of my life is changing from BSNL to Airtel.
          Based on the healthy talk around about Airtel offering a better customer service. I decided to go for Airtel one month back. I took a sim ( new connection ) from Airtel outlets and activated it after provide all the required documents.
          Today, the incoming and outgoing are blocked due to documentation problems. I resubmitted my documents thrice, no use at all. Finally my sim shows even shows an sim-registration error.

          Pathetic service from Airtel help line also, no one wants to answer the questions. They keep talking the same bull s***, sir documentation has rejected nothing can be done its according to TRAI. I don’t know where ‘TRAI’ is coming from, when I submit my documents more than 3 times at Airtel customer care.

          Shame on Airtel for offering such a pathetic service. Guys.. if you keep doing this I am sure you will have to close your company someday.

          My sincere recommendations from people who want to switch ‘PLEASE don’t shift at all’, at-least to ‘AIRTEL’. My number was [protected]. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          Again, I received the same message of Video Talkies dated 30/07/2011 at 09.17a.m. i.e. Your weekly subscription to video talkies will be renewed in 3 days and you will be charged Rs. 15 for 7 days.           Again secondly on 02/08/2011 at 11.18 a.m., I received the same message i.e. "Your weekly subscription to Video Talkies will be renewed in 3 days and
          you will be charged Rs. 15 for 7 days". And Rs.15 has been deducted.

          The mail which I received from you side was " We would like to inform you that your concern related to the deactivation of the Full Video service has been registered. Your Service Request number is [protected], in any future communication about this concern. Our team will contact you on or before[protected] with an update on the same." Till today, I didn't receive any call regarding this service. If it's possible for your technical team to deactivate the service, then its OK, otherwise, i think I'll change the Airtel No. & go for some other no. b'coz its not possible for me to sit in a cyber-cafe after 3 alternate day & mailing you for this.
          2times, they have credicted the amount, again 2day, 15 rs has been deducted.

          You always send ur auto generated mail which is of no use nor ur executive call us.

          Airtel — scheme not activated

          I have received continous messages from airtel on 22nd 23rd 24th September regarding a offer of 33rs recharge where I will get 27 Rs instantly and rs 38 within 48 hours and 100 minutes airtel to airtel free and when I have a recharge of rs 33 I only get rs 27 at that time and I waited fot the talktime and I registered a complaint no CBNRA[protected] ON 27th September and till now no action has been taken on my complaint. I had called up the customer care and they said that sir you are speaking lie and no such message has been sent to you .and when I try to contact them again they disconnect my phone in between. Airtel has a bad customer service and Its network is also losing its quality. But airtel should not forget customer is the king and I am now thinking of mnp

            Hi,
            I have ordered Airtel digital dist tv HD through online using website airtel.in and made payment of Rs. 2790 online and unique transaction ID is 25282.
            On 4th August I got am email asking for some details for registration purpose and I gave that. After that I received an SMS providing my CustomerId which is [protected] and it was also mentioned in that installation will be done on 4th August at around 5 pm. But nothing was done.

            Below are some follow-ups that I did:
            1)After that i.e. on 5th August I dropped an email to you [protected]@in.airtel.com mentioning the issue.You can see that email below.

            2)On the same day I called your customer support center number [protected]. One lady said that installetion will be done on 7th August. But as usual no one came for installation.

            3)On 7th August I called the same number at 1.28 pm.One lady said that our engineer will come within two hours i.e. upto 4 pm. and will do installation. But as usual no one came for installation.

            4)On 7th August once again I called the same number at around 4.30 pm. Now one gents said our engineer will come within 24 hours that upto today 8th August 4.30 pm.But looking at above scene I don't thing anything will happen.

            Till now the set top box installation is not done.

            Please take one action from below mentioned two.
            1) Either do the intallation at the end of day today i.e. 8th August 2011.
            or 2) refund the amount to my ICICI bank account which is[protected] from which I made the payment of Rs. 2790.

            P.S. :- I have spent an hour that means around Rs. 60 in above scene to explain you customer support executive the problem.

              Dear sir/Madam,
              I want log a complaint on airtel Broad band on my land line number[protected]. Airtel had disconnected my internet service three times in last one week.
              First incident: Dated[protected] around 2 pm my internet connection was blocked. Called the customer care and the executive was casual.He took more than 5 min to identify my problem.Later he said that all my payment was right but they by mistake have disconnected my internet service and will release it on[protected]. I was shocked that even when the payment is made how can they bar my service.All what was said is sorry.
              Secont incident: Dated[protected] around 1 pm my internet connection was blocked.Again i called the customer care 198 this time even before i express my complaint first the executive asked have i made the payment. I told him that please check in your system.He said sorry and said it will take four hours to restore my internet connection.
              Third incident: again on[protected] my internet connection got blocked the reason again non-payment. Again i need to fight with the customer care to restore my service.
              Last one week was a really a bad experience with Airtel.I have cleared all the bill payment. My latest bill is generated and the due date is[protected]. I run a online booking center. every time the internet is blocked by business is affected.An approximate loss in last one week is around 25,000 INR.I really don't know what to do if the same kind of disconnection happens regularly.

                fraud billing, disgusting customer service

                I am writing to tell you that I am absolutely disgusted with your customer service. I have been calling you all day long, you don't even the courtesy to answer the call. I have received a bill saying that I have downloaded 49.5mb, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never downloaded more than 2 mb a month in the last four years. You can check the records. I have data usage counter on my phone which keeps...

                Even my dad got a call yesterday but my dad was brainwashed by that fellow, n unconciously my father gave his account no. Later when he disconnected the call he realised, he launched an FIR just to be on safe side.
                Call was from pakistan, as its 0092 and it is a code of pakistan and the guy name is Sameer (bhai) - Agent and Sanjay Singhania (Sr.Supervisor).
                I guess this is a Pakistani Gang who z running this Scam, as they dont have any else and these pakistanis are not capable of doing anything, so they have found a new way of there livelihood.

                    1.You have been charged Rs.30/- for showing actived your naughty jokes packs.This DRAMA begins like that : -

                    First a massage comes from 58558 as "Welcome to naughty jokes pack,get ribtickling hilarious jokes, to subscribe sms LC3 to 58558,pack charges: rs.30/-per month,sms to 58558 @Rs.3/-per sms". Time-14:46, Dt.07.08.2011,

                    Second a massage comes from AD-54321 as "Thanksfor using naughty jokes subscription service from airtel,you have been charged Rs.30/-latest games http://g.club.in,browsing @10p/10kb".Time 19:18, dt.07.08.11,and then automatically you deducted Rs.30/-from my balance. after this i am trying my best to reach your customercare division,but i can't success,then a sms comes from named Airtel and informed me to sms LAST to 121 to know my last 5 VAS,then i contact to 121 by sms and you conformed my last five charges which already deducted by you as a cheater, 1.Naughty jokes- Rs.30/-07.08.11,07:12 pm. 2.SMS_MASTI-RS.1/-07.08.11,08:53 am, 3.Value Added Services RS.1/-, 07.08.11,12:50 am, 4.SMS_MASTI RS.1/- ,06.08.11,10:52 am, 5.Value Added Services RS.1/-,06.08.11,12:50 am, and showing under dial *121# to start or stop services, then i dial *121# but not found to stop the service option,only start option is showing their,after that at 20:56, dt.07.08.11 a sms comes from 58558 named naughty jokes and after behind this sms another sms comes to thank me for subscribing naughty jokes pack & my my charge for this RS.30/-for 30 days from 58558.

                    I am sure except hello tunes i have not actived at all any type of services provided by you,so i request please stop all your Nonsense services (naughty jokes,sms_masti & value added tax) expect hello tune from my no and credicted the same amount as earliest as possible to my no which you have credicted before as a cheater and my suggestion is please don't think every customer as fool/mad,that what ever you want you will be do & you have also no right to waste some ones time un-necessary,otherwise i may forced to knock the door of court as i am a legal lawer.

                        I had recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs. 220/- on 13 July 2011. when I check my balance on 16 July 2011 my account balance is nil. Afterward I rang to Airtel customer care and submit a compleint. Next day I comfirmed from Airtel customer service centre, but they replied they will informed and resolve the problem shortly. After that I rang many times to the Airtel customer care but my mobile number has been locked by Airtel customer care service centre, and I cant connect to anyone. Even after I again recharged for Rs. 10/- on 18 July 2011 but that balance also not credited to my account balance. Hundreds time I rang up to Airtel Customer Care for clrification but I don't connect to them as they already locked my mobile number. In view of the above, you are requested to credit my recharged value at your earliest and resolve my problem. Hopping you positive reponse. Please look after my problem and resolve at your earliest please.

                          i have airtel connrction for mobile post paid since last 6 years. recently i purchased
                          new mobile c7 nokia and requested for monthly rental towards mobile internet thro mobile offive. i had downloaded just 5/6 songs which were below the 2 gb limit.but now they have sent me bill for rs 788/- saying that you have downloaded hungama games [ infact clicked gaming link via airtel live and also you have started rs 5/- day gaming services .but the real fact is that i have not clicked any game link nor i have opted for any gaming services .how airtel can charge me for that? also they are orally telling me [ on 121] that these are gaming carges but in the bill they are mentionong it as other messages charges.this is bad cheating by airtel.i called 121 which is customer care no but nobody is bothered to solve my querry?how i should i fight against such cheating by airtel?

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am using Airtel services since 7 years. Since 1-2 years , the provider START a services without any information and the money is deducted from the balance. I have informed at customer care, but the problem is not resolved.
                          Please solve the problem.
                          AIRTEL HAS STARTED ZERO RENTAL PLAN FOR GPRS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WITHOUT MY SMS OR ORAL REQUEST.ALSO THEY ARE TORTURING ME TO PAY SUCH GPRS CHARGES IMMIDIATELY.I TALKED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES BUT THEY ARE DISCONNECTING MY CALLS AND GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION.PLEASE HELP ME AND ASK AIRTEL TO WAIVE SUCH ILLEGAL CHARGES.                                   I would like to complain about the upgradation of package without any inforrmation and amount is being deducted from my account everymonth. I have been a consumer of the said digital tv since last two years bearing id [protected]. I selected the package Rs 160 pm but it have been upgraded to Rs 174 pm without any information and the increased amonut is being deducted every month. I am receiving the sms by the said company and being threatening that the services would have been stopped and I would be charged fine for reactivation. This is really a shocking message from such a reputed company. I would like to request the CEO of this comapany to look into the matter and take necessary actions.

                                      I am using airtel postpaid connection for long time, but i found from last month i am getting some false charges added in my billing. Company provides me day-to-day billing amount information via sms. I had been charged Rs.700 in July-2011 which was false charges. Again today i got Rs.350 added in my billing which was not my usage charges. They told me that i am using 3G on my mobile so its in your GPRS use.

                                      Airtel Postpaid — False Billing charges

                                      Hi Sir,

                                      have been facing a serious problem with my Airtel post paid connection billing. Every month they are charging me Rs 120/- reg registering a Wap service called GamesClub.in

                                      For the past four months i have been receiving SMS from Airtel 54321 saying -
                                      "Thanks for subscribing GamesClub.in.You've been charged Rs.30. Enjoy http://gclub.in"

                                      and

                                      "You have been renewed for GamesClub subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 30. "

                                      I am receiving 4 such sms every month. so totally, they were adding extra Rs 120/- in my bill every month.
                                      This comes in SMS-Others category of my detailed bill.

                                      Every month i will be calling Airtel Customer Care and registering complaints against this issue and they did apologized me in the beginning and assured me that this will be repeated and told me that this amount will be adjusted in the next month bill.

                                      For one month they did like that, but later whenever i call them and say about this, they will say like - "We will raise waiver for this madam !!"

                                      I do not know what actions they have taken, none of the things have changed..It continues till this month.
                                      So i stopped calling them and this month i have directly gone to the Airtel Showroom at Annanagar,Chennai and explained them the issue.

                                      I demand an explanation for the happenings and immediete discontinuation of the specific service from my mobile.
                                      The showroom manager assures me, the service will be immedietly and will be sending an e-mail to the orresponding team to adjust the amt in my next bill.And he asked me to pay the remaining amount in my due.(I was charged Rs 240/- extra for tat sms)I did pay the remaining before my due date but till now am getting calls from airtel customer care asking me to pay the remaining due Rs 240/- (tat sms charges).

                                      Even after explaining the problem, they are not accepting their faults and threatening me to pay the remaining amt. An executive (girl) called in the morning and i told her i was instructed by the Airtel office guy not to pay the Rs 240/- and he would have sent an e-mail to the corresponding team and i ask her to search for it. Also i did tell her i will be going to that same office and get it cleared. She kept the phone then.

                                      But in another one hour i got a call from same number and a different executive called me and he asked me to pay the bill in a rude manner. He was not listening to my problem and when i asked him to cross check the complaints/queries raised on behalf of my number, he replied in a very rude manner saying its not my job and u need to go and get if you want.

                                      In my life time, i have never seen or heard of this kinda worst Customer Service anywhere.
                                      They are not finding any values in thier customer and not listening to their problems.

                                      I request the respective officials to take some rigoruous actions against this forgery. And please let me know where i can register a legal complaint against this service provider, if required.

                                      Kindly accept this as my complaint and do neccessary actions so that they wont keep cheating other customers.

                                      I was contacted by Airtel Customer Care service on 2 days before and they assured me to adjust the amount that was wrongly charged towards my account.

                                      I was given a Reference Number - F[protected] as a proof for my interaction with them.

                                      Hope the assurance will come true in my next bill..
