[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Refund | |||
Name: Nagarajan Product Name: AIRTEL Digital TV Customer ID: [protected] My Problem: I requested to reinstall Airtel Digital TV in Kharghar. Finally it has not happened and it has been decided that amount will be refunded around Rs 1500+ after I hand over airtel digital TV instruments. I was told that executive will come to my home and will give cheque and take back all instruments. So far no executive has come to my home, I followed up many times their CS, but no proper response. It is utter worst experience in my life time with AIRTEL. I need someone to come forward from AIRTEL DTH to resolve my issue at the earliest. Regards N Nagarajan Was this information helpful? | |||

I have this connection for the past one year and I have been consistently facing problems with the broadcast (Signal loss in fair weather when other DTH services are working perfectly fine)
The money you have invested in buying the service is a total loss since there is no refund if you disconnect. (As per their terms and conditions, even the dish antenna and STB are owned by Airtel and they take it away of you disconnect.)
Also, when I compare Tata Sky packages - I am paying more for a similar set of channels in Airtel than what I am in Tata Sky. Not that TSky is perfect, but it is miles ahead in terms of customer service and service quality as compared to Airtel.
Sorry Airtel, you need to get your quality up and invest a little more in getting quality customer service personnel in place.
