[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — No Major Channels | |||
Customer ID [protected] I am very upset with Airtel Digital TV since last 5 months.Every month I pay Rs. 70-80 more than my package amount but what i see that my 9-10 major channels were gone[including Newz channels n Z package]which were actually coming in my normal package.Anyway ,it isn't easy to get anybody on the phone line from your service.I shall have no other choice but to go after the new TATA SKY connection. Airtel DTH — not receiving any channel
We are not receiving any channels since 31.5.2011 till date.we have lost watching IPL matches . Regarding this we have contacted airtel customer care several times but the agent did not register complaints..Our airtel ID number is [protected].In this regard we are requesting you to take necessary action at the earliest on this complaint.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

DTV — no channel
i was waiting for the champions league match between Manchester Utd and Inter Milan for more than a month n when the time came, the Ten Sports channel wasnt there.Is this the customer satisfaction you want ? .. I have a lot of people complaining about this..please see to it that such a situation does not occus again.because for a football fan, missing a match is very disappointing.
